So today is Monoma's birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MONOMAAAA!!

And I'm making a chapter dedicated to his birthday

So this is obviously a while into the future, because if his birthday happened at the current part of the story it wouldn't really work out if you know what I mean

So yee enjoy this special chapter

Your POV

It was Wednesday May 13th. Which was an important day. It was Monoma's birthday.

Over the past seven and a half weeks, Monoma and I have gotten really close and are happy to call ourselves best friends.

And he finally accepted me as a part of 1-B, and when I tell you I got eXcItEd.

Bakugou and I haven't said a word to each other since he told me off. I sometimes see him in the hallways. Most of the time I ignore him, but sometimes I go out of my way to piss him off.

Like I was walking on one side and he was walking on the other and I stopped, turned, walked over to the other side of the hall, and walked on that side, purposely bumping into him.

Another time I flipped him off when he glanced in my direction.

Another time when he was drinking water at the water fountain I grabbed the back of his head and shoved him into the water.

Anyway, back to the present time, I held a bag behind my back as I waited by the entrance for Monoma. When I saw his familiar figure striding towards the school, I ran over to him.

"Hey Mono Mono!" I called to him as I got closer. Mono Mono was the nickname I had given him. At first he found it annoying, but it grew on him. Just like how my nickname grew on me......

"Oh hey (N/n) (have fun ;) ) !" Monoma called, his pace quickening to greet me. When we reached each other, I gave him the bag.

"Happy birthday Mono Mono!!" I said, giving him a hug.

"(N/n), you didn't have to get me anything." He said, hugging back.

"Of course I did! You're my best friend, I had to." I replied, letting go of him. "Also, you can't open it until the end of the day." I added, smirking at him.

"Oh, that's not fair. Why give it to me now and make me tempted to open it then?" Monoma asked, looking dumbfounded.

"To make you look forward to what you'll get at the end of the day." I answered. Monoma sighed.

"I hate you sometimes..."

"But in a good way, right?"

"Yeah. I hate you in a good way."

~~timeskip to the end of the day brought to you by your extremely lazy and sleep deprived author :)~~

Monoma and I left the school, him holding the bag I had given him like his life depended on it.
