Chapter 19

Emily's POV

I am wandering around in shops with my mother and sister. After that conversation thing happened everything went well between me and Aron and it's finally the mid year vacations going on right now but I had no other plan ready for what I am going to do. Aron said me yesterday when we were chatting that he might be going somewhere but he isn't sure too. I heard my phone ringing inside my pocket but before I could pick it up it stopped but still I saw who it is and it showed Skylar, well she is the only one who calls me these days or else everyone seems too busy in this vacations.By the way why am I even mentioning everyone when there's only these few people I talks to. I sound so stupid sometimes and I must mention that. And yes for the information Skylar has went to see Glenn Maxwell's match to the different city. She has been going crazy over this crush she had but I never thought it to be that serious. She has so hardly convinced her family to get one of the tickets of his match just to have just one look of him and also all of a sudden she is taking so much interest in cricket these days and you know it why, because he plays it. He is an Australian cricketer by the way and last night I remember she was a lot angry after stalking his account on Instagram for hours and finding it out that he has a girlfriend. I participated in the hatred only because my best friend likes him ( someone she never gonna have but you know these fan girl problems get so much on our mind sometimes). We started to plan how we are going to murder her like a child, like seriously? Who does that? Oh yes, we do that because we are just as crazy as a fan girl of anyone we like. I decided to call her later when I reach home and went back to shopping. I got myself nothing but food and lots of food to eat. I go out for the purpose of eating only, I am kinda a lot moody about everything in fact and that includes shopping as well. I don't buy anything unless I don't like it in just one view, I hate spending time on thinking about which stuff to get because if something requires that much of  your thinking then it's surely not that good enough for the first place. I am about to reach home now and I can't wait to call Skylar. On the way I thought of texting Aron and ask him what is he doing.

Emily- what you are doing babyyyyyyyyyyy?
I texted and was waiting for him to reply. Soon after like 10 minutes he replied back.
Aron- Video games. What about you?
Emily - I came out for shopping and now I am heading to home.
Aron- So what did you got yourself?
Emily - Fooddddddd!!!!!
Aron- As expected.
We went on talking some random stuffs like that when I finally realised I have reached home. I also told him about Skylar going all the way to watch match because she have this newly build up crush which is getting so serious and to be mentioned that he was equally as surprised as I was at the first place when she told me. From that I remembered that I gotta call her. I took out my phone and dialed on her number. She finally picked up after the first try.
Skylar- Heyyyyyyy, you know Emily how excited I am!!
Emily- Yes and that's because tomorrow is finally the day when you will be seeing Maxwell playing his match.
Skylar- Exactly!!!! You know we will be leaving early tomorrow and also today when I went out to the mall for shopping I was crossing from one this hotel where he is staying. I just can't wait at all.
Emily- Wow, that's really amazing. I am just as excited as you are and happy as well.
She went on talking about him again and again for hours and I just listened to those but to be honest I was really happy for her. After she hung up the call I went back to listening to some music and talking with Aron.

*Next morning*
I woke up and saw my notification getting blowed up with so many text messages from Skylar. Woah ,I am confused. What happened to her all of a sudden? I opened it and saw her text about the bad weather forecasting of the day and chances of match getting delayed. She seems to be very sad and that's so obvious. This is something so bad that I don't even know what to say to her but I still called her and explained her that weather forecasting sometimes turns out to be wrong too and the matches would be delayed but not canceled so there's nothing she should be worrying about. Even after I kept the phone she was only talking about all the possibilities of not letting the match happen on text and even though I am trying my best to explain her that thinking that way not gonna solve what is meant to happen but she is still stuck there. The weather was really getting bad and making it impossible for the match to happen. She called me again in the afternoon and told me that match has finally cancelled and the players are returning back and how she just felt that Maxwell was in one the planes that she saw taking off when she was looking out from her window. Well this fan girl thing really makes people go crazy completely. But I supported her and tried making her feel better and I also knew that missing such chances are too hurting but I know she will get over this once she returns back and talk to us about how bad it went over and over again.
