Chapter 21

I went inside the class and only a few people were present there. Today is the exhibition day so we have no classes going and this is why people are freely roaming all around the school.

"Did you prepare the explanation part?", Skylar said the moment I reached to her.

"I have no idea"

"What do you mean by that?", she said looking straight to my face.

"I mean I am a lot nervous today so I might forget it all"

"Well, I am feeling the same thing as you", she said shrugging.

"Let's go now, we gotta arrange the model at it's allotted place", Skylar said looking at all of us.

"But where is our place?", Kayla asked.

"I and Amy have already asked for it from ma'am", Skylar said.

"Yes and mine is just next to it", Amy said and we all looked at her.

"Ah, don't tell me we gotta carry that project again and that also downstairs"

"Today it would be less awkward as everyone is doing the same", Skylar said.

"Okay"

We were about to pick it up when I saw Aron and his friends entering the class. I gave him a warm smile the moment he looks by my side.

"So it's all done?", Aron asked.

"Yes, finally"

"You need help in carrying it downstairs babe?", he asked.

"No, I am fine with it"

"Still wait", he said and turned to Arno who was busy playing with the models in the project.

I sighed at the sight of him playing and making fun of it all but wait Skylar's laughing too with him. Oh this girl, she is laughing at her own project. *facepalm*

"Aron! look at this thing, how it's moving", Arno said and started laughing hysterically.

I looked at Aron's face who was trying to control his laughter as well.

"Okay whatever", I said and took it back from Arno's hand and rolled my eyes on him.

"Well Arno-", Aron began speaking but was cut off by Arno.

"I would love to help in carrying it down if you gonna ask me for that", Arno said still laughing.

I rolled my eyes on him again making it so obvious for him to notice this time.

"Well I'll go with him then", Skylar said.

"Okay, and yeah take care because I am sure he gonna drop it anyway and then start laughing again on it"

They started picking it up from both sides and then slowly walked outside accompanied by Arnold, Kayla, and Amy.

Now it was just me and Aron in the class, everyone else has left.

I turned to look at Aron who was still looking at the door. I could feel my heart pounding inside the moment he turned to look at me. I don't know what to say now, after the match day I guess it's the first time we are like alone here.

He turned to look at me and started stepping closer until there was no more space left between us. I could feel the heat rising up by now with this closeness that was now filling up all the spaces and corner of the bench touched my back which means even if I wanted to I couldn't move back anymore. He slowly kept his one hand on the table blocking me from my right. At this, my stomach curled up inside and I could feel the warmth of his breath brushing on my face. He grabbed me by my waist from the other hand and bent down to kiss. I closed my eyes and the next thing I felt was his soft tender lips which were going in perfect sync with mine. I was feeling a sudden calmness and the urge of wanting more of it each time. It was so intense that I didn't even realize when a small moan left my mouth. I could feel his lips slowly forming up in a smile the moment he heard that coming out. He slowly caressed my cheeks by his thumb holding my face in his palm. I opened my eyes and stared in his while departing our lips a little, still panting.
