I knock lightly on the door and immediately come face to face with him...

A tall dark haired man. His soft and gentle eyes meeting mine instantly. His lips curve into a beautiful smile and I notice his cute dimples appearing. He's wearing a black suit which looks perfect on him.

I break the eye contact quickly as I realise I'm starting to blush.

"y/n right?"

"Yes it's nice to finally meet you Mr Park"

He smiles once again and my heart flutters in my chest.

"I'm Namjoon, Mr Park's bodyguard"

"Oh I apologise" why can't I never get anyone right?

He opens the door further for me to walk in and when I do my jaw drops. I feel so mesmerized by the surroundings as I look at each detail of his office. I gaze around slowly trying to take in every aspect and not wanting to miss a single thing.

The room has a dark and minimalistic theme. With a single desk centred at the far end of the room. Plump sofas aligned neatly in front of the desk and a wooden table centred right in the middle. I'm in awe of this mans taste. It's so beautiful.

As I walk closer to the desk I can hear a small voice. That must be him. I can't see him though. He's sat on a chair which is facing the windows displaying the view of seoul. I can only see the lean black leather seat that was covering his figure.

His voice is deep, husky and sensual. Almost familiar. But I can't quite make it out. His tone is sharp and bold. He seems so serious causing the nerves to rise up within me again. His finger tapping the chair in a rhythmical way. I notice his rings on his hand. Thick silver plated rings rest on his fingers. One on every finger besides his ring finger. All looking like they're worth thousands.

He cut the phone off and slams it on to the wooden surface. With his head hung low he runs his hands all over his face in frustration. This is definitely not the right time to meet him.

I look between Namjoon and Mr Park unsure of what to do. Should I speak? Or is it not my place? I don't want to seem too straightforward but I need to act professional. In times where my boss is stressed I need to ensure that I can assist him in any way possible.

"YOU?!" He shouts breaking the awkward silence. I look up and my eyes meet with his dark piercing ones making me feel so vulnerable and unwanted.

"You're my new assistant? The girl who doesn't even follow a simple instruction to pick up a piece of paper when asked?" He says raising his voice at me once again.

My eyes widen in shock. There's no way it can be him? The elevator guy? No. It can't be! Out of everyone it had to be him? I have to be his assistant and be on every call he demands. I mentally groan.

He stands up from his chair and instinctively I take a step back. I already feel so intimidated by his strong presence.

He walks in front of his desk and rests on top of it. His eyes shamelessly wander all over my body. Scanning, judging and processing. He's probably observing if I'm good enough for him.

"My eyes are up here" I point. He doesn't have the right to judge me on one small mistake I made which happened hours ago. And the fact he keeps analysing me like that is disrespectful.

His feels gaze meets mine again.

"Oh so you're not the typical shy girl you come across as?"

I scoff at his remark. Of course I am!! Who am i kidding? This is all an act.

"Looks like we need to talk in a bit more privacy". He says with an arrogant smile plastered over his beautiful face.

My confidence wavers. I can't be left alone with him. Who knows what he'll say to me? Or what he'll do? He seems like an idiot already.

"Oh you don't want to?" He tilts his head to the side challenging me.

"Why would you say that?" I ask my voice a little shaky.

"Well" he walks closer to me "It seems like the brave little girl has lost her streak. Look at you you're a nervous wreck. What is it? You don't trust me?"

"Why wouldn't I trust you?" I ask noticing there's limited space between us.

"Exactly" he smirks while putting his hands in his pockets.

"Joon, Jin" he says looking up at his two bodyguards "You can leave now, I think y/n and I need to get ourselves acquainted".

They leave too quickly and when the click of the door is heard I know it's only him and I left in this room.
