Thanksgiving

November 21st Tuesday 2006 5:30 PM

Spencer is still 3 months pregnant

Derek's POV

Sitting in the office I was chewing on the back end of my pen before Garcia Walked up to me.

"Hey hot stuff" she said

"Hey mamas" I turned around

"So what are you doing for thanksgiving, I was having a little something over at my place"

"Sorry babygirl, I'm going to my moms house for thanksgiving" I got up and kissed her cheek.

"Oh, tell her I said hi!" She ran off to her office I smiled and looked over at Reid's desks and it was empty. Then I looked over at the break room and saw him.

I walked over and opened the door

"Hey baby" I walked up to counter

"Hey" he turned around

"So I have a fun idea"

"Mmh"

"So let's go to my mother's house for thanksgiving so you can meet my sisters and family. We can also tell them your pregnant" I whispered the last part.

"I like that" he stepped closer

"Me too" I got closer our lips lingered about to kiss

"Hey you two" Emily walked in as we jumped and walked away from each other

"Hey" Spencer blushed

"So what are you guys planning for the holidays" she made coffee

"Going to my moms" I rubbed the back of my neck

"Spending it with friends" Reid still blushing

"How about you, going to see mom?" I joked

"Oh no, me and Sergio" she smiled walking out

He walked back up to me and started to giggle I started to laugh too holding his waist

"Almost getting caught is a specialty huh" I pulled him closer

"Mmh" he looked up at me and held his hand up to my face and i looked over at his nails and i realized his nails were growing and his acrylic nails were starting to lift. I ignored it for now and kissed him. he pulled away and smiled before walking away and back to his desk

I sighed know this small bit of privacy was going to be gone the minute we tell everyone everything. Shaking my head i walked out and sat back at my desk finishing some case reports.

an hour and half later Hotch said we all could go home me Reid and JJ stayed and finished doing paper work

"So how's it going guys" JJ asked

"Good" I said flinging another file to the side and picking up the next

"You guys good the bab-" she started to say before I cut her off

"We all good yep we're doing amazing" I hoped Spencer wasn't paying attention

"Mmh" he just hummed and I let out a breath and dropped my head so it hit the table

Reid looked up and raised an eyebrow, I gave him a thumbs up he shook his head and returned his focus on the work.

JJ left about another hour later we stayed behind still catching up on work

"Babe?" I didn't stop writing

"Huh?"

"My mom wants us to have dinner with her Nia and Jesse" I flung the second to last file to the side
