Inside the venue of the event

- He's here - she said.

They haven't been able to see each other for a couple of years now. They have kept them so busy on purpose, to avoid spectacles, to avoid scenes and crazy outbursts on social media.

- Who? - asked her assistant.
- He. He is here.
- You guys freak me out. You always did that, and Alex and I were sort of traumatized by it. How on earth do you know?
- I know. My whole body knows.
- There's no way they have allowed this to happen. We've all been instructed to be extra careful. For years now we've been experts working around both your schedules.
- Ha! Like I don't know that! But something must have happened. Someone slipped.
- Are you sure? You could be wrong.
- No way. Not about this. Not about him.
- So, where is he?
- Maybe he just got here - and she sighed.

Outside the place

Dylan gets out of the car and gets close to the venue. As soon as he reaches the door, he suddenly stops.

- What is it? - Alex asks

- What is it? - Alex asks.
- How can this be? - Dylan says out loud.
- If you don't tell me, I cannot guess. I'm not a mind-reader... yet - Alex says with a grin.
-Is it possible that she is here?
- She as in she? No way. Hell would freeze before they allow that to happen.
- I know. But somehow, she's here, now.
- You guys freak me out! - Alex said, just like Yue's assistant. Because so many times they talked about this unusual connection, this weird addiction they have to each other - Seriously. Will this ever stop? You haven't seen each other in how long?
- 2 years, 1 month, 4 days, 7 hours and 3... -he checks his watch - 38 minutes.
- Man! You need to get over this - Alex said rolling his eyes but feeling the pain.

I will never get over her - he thought.

Someone calls out to them. They're expected inside. But Dylan can't move or think about anything else for that matter. Alex pulls him.

- Come on, man. I'm sure you're wrong.

I'm not - he thought - I'm very right.

Inside after a while

Yue is talking to someone. She's restless, anxious. She can't shake off the feeling that today, after so long, she'll see him. How do I behave? This place is full of people. Yes, it's very dark -the venue is much like a disco: dark, loud music, packed - Maybe we won't even meet. Maybe...

All of a sudden, she feels something, a jolt... Her hand... She looks down and sees how her hand is being softly pulled, just barely touched... Shivers start at the tip of the fingers where she's being grazed, they travel up her arm, giving her goosebumps all the way up to her neck and head. She slowly looks up, it's him. She knows. He's touching her hand, casually, as he walks and talks beside someone else. She keeps looking at the back of his head, not being able to move, gasping for air... Their hands are about to let go and he turns around, the gaze in his eyes sends another jolt all the way down to her feet. His eyes are shining, and he smiles... That smile. Her smile. The smile that only appears when he's in her presence.

Just a few seconds before...

We've been here for an hour. Where is she? I've been looking around, am I wrong? Have I lost my mind? She HAS to be here somewhere.

He couldn't see her anywhere and he was getting restless. Alex noticed and says:

- I'm gonna check the guest list so you can put your heart and mind at ease. I'm sure your head is playing tricks on you because you know she works for these people as well.

Alex asks for the guest list, scans it and all of a sudden his jaw drops and his eyes widen as big as a Japanese cartoon. She IS here. Damn it! He's right. He can't help but wonder how the heck it is that Didi always knows. He's not a normal human being. Normal people don't just FEEL things! What the hell?!

He goes back to Dylan, scratching his head, wondering how to say it. I'll just be as natural as possible... I'll smile casually and say 'Dylan, turns out you were right, who knew?' No, no, he'll freak out. Well, he's ALREADY freaking out. He sees Dylan, who's about to lose his mind trying to find the tiny woman in the dark, packed and loud place...

- You were right. She IS here.
- Uh?! I'm not crazy?! I was kind of wishing I was - he said with a surprised but not so shocked look on his face. I HAVE to find her - he thought.

He starts scanning the place, looking at everyone. I'm tall, I have to see her. All of a sudden, his heart skips a beat. He freezes. His hands start tingling as if circulation is becoming difficult on his limbs. There she is. He sees her from behind and starts walking towards her. What am I going to say? We haven't seen each other in so long. How did we let this happen? We're MARRIED!!! I don't care, I just want to see her, touch her, feel her. We haven't talked in a year... Why? I can't really tell why!

He's a few steps from her when someone stops him to talk and take a picture. He nods and smiles politely.
- Walk with me, Wang He Di. I wanted to talk to you about the upcoming events.
- Mmmhhm.
- Next month we'll be traveling...

They're approaching Yue. It's so unlighted and noisy she doesn't see or hear him. When he's within reach, his fingers graze hers, he feels it and knows she felt it too. They always feel it. With a gentle touch, his fingers move her hand towards him, as if following him. The electricity he feels just by this simple touch makes him smile. He can't stop smiling. When their hands are about to let go he turns around and their eyes meet.

She's here. She's actually here. In the same room, breathing the same air, seeing the same people. Gosh! I'm so happy!

Yue is shocked. He IS here. Darn it!
