Levi's POV

Eren and Iris were respectfully yawning in our arms as we stood in the long lines at the entrance. Although we woke up early to get to the lines earlier- the entrance was still packed. From all the pushing and shoving, we managed a good spot in the line. Not too far back- thankfully. Props to the kids who never complained about waking up so early. Eren and Iris were excited, but sleep was more important.

Just as the clock was ticking close to opening time... Eren perked up his head. "D-Daddy... are we there yet?"

I chuckled softly, kissing his forehead. "Yeah we are. Do you want to sleep a bit more until we're through the gate? We're about 20 minutes away from the park opening up."

Eren shook his small head, yawning and rubbing his eyes. It was a bit red from waking up suddenly- but his emerald eyes were coming back to life. "I-Is Iris awake now...?"

"Still sleeping, Eren." Hanji says softly. That ring really did work on her- that beautiful ring made her hand shining from the dawn sunlight. "Don't worry about her. She doesn't like roller coaster rides."

"But do you like it...?"

"Of course."

Eren began to tug at my shoulder, looking at me. "Does that mean... Miss Hanji can't have fun today?"

I chuckled softly, shaking my head. "Well... it's alright, Eren. Hanji can ride on the softer rides with you and Iris. It's not like she's not gonna have too much fun."

"Why can't she ride...?"

Just hearing it made my heart drop. It wasn't like it was her choice... more like a small accident. But she didn't want to ride it in case if it affected the baby. "It's alright, Eren," Hanji speaks up with a soft smile, "I don't mind it at all. Levi thinks all the slower rides are boring."

"Since when did I state that?"

She gives me a wink and a sly smile. "Just now."

How dare she. Eren giggles loudly, trying his best to hide his bright smile. "Hanji..." I gave a playful growl... and Iris began to wake up. She started to make these weird sounds, but that was just a toddler being a toddler. "Morning, Iris." I say with a soft smile.

Perking up to greet the sun- only to put her head back down. "M-Mommy..."

"It's alright- I got you."

Iris nodded her head, grumbling a bit. "I'm hungry..."

"We got some snacks, Iris." I say softly, rummaging through my bag. "Or do you guys- never mind. It's better to ride the roller-coaster first before eating. That way you guys won't... you know. No motion after eating. We can take a slow ride after riding."

"Okay..."

I chuckled softly, holding Eren tightly closely. "It's almost time, Eren."

"Yay!"

Eren was a bit shaken up from his roller coaster ride- but it didn't scare him too much. Of course, his legs were a bit wobbly, so I carried him back to Hanji and Iris. Poor Iris. Even just seeing a roller coaster stopped her dead in her tracks. She clutched onto her mother ever so tightly- she was so scared of roller coasters.

"Daddy, put me down."

I chuckled a bit, doing what he asked. Of course, he struggled to walk, but he got the hang of it.

"How was it?"

"Fun!" Eren giggles as he raised his arms up in the air. "I wanna ride again, but my tummy said no no."

Hanji chuckled softly, even bringing a smile to Iris' face. How sweet. Even from the terrors of her fear, she was able to smile like she used to. "Aww... well, ready to go and eat some breakfast, Eren? Iris said she wanted some pancakes and bacon. What would you like, Eren?"

Looking up to the sky to think, Eren was in deep thought. "Um... waffles and eggs! Daddy doesn't make a lot of waffles at home- wait... Daddy never makes waffles! It's always the frozen ones... and it sucks..."

"Don't criticize the frozen waffles, Eren." I chuckled softly, ruffling his already messy hair. Of course, I tucked it back in nicely. "Besides, I'm not going to buy a waffle maker. Pancakes are easier to clean up after. A waffle maker would make it worse."

"Aww... but I want waffles!"

"I'm not saying you shouldn't have waffles right now. I'm saying that we're not buying a waffle maker at home."

"Oh..."

I chuckled softly, picking him up from the ground- to which he began to pout and I had to put him back on the ground. "Let's go eat some breakfast, shall we? Then we can go on Iris' slow ride pick."

"I wanna see the animals!"

"Okay then." Hanji says as she kisses her child's forehead. "We'll go see the petting zoo before riding on the slow ones, okay? How's that, Levi and Eren? Mind if we do the animals first?"

Eren shook his head, smiling brightly- almost skipping as he walked ahead. He wasn't too far from me, and I was always keeping an eye on him- in case if something happens. "Okay! I wanna see a llama! I think llamas are cool! Do we get to see a tiger?"

"T-Tigers are kinda scary..." Iris says, shuffling her feet. "And dangerous too... but I love them because they are pretty!"

"No, there will not be a tiger in the petting zoo. It's an endangered animal, Eren."

"What does... e-endangered mean...? Does that mean dangerous, Miss Hanji?"

With a soft chuckle and humor in her tone, she went into this... teacher mode. "Well... endangered mean that they are close to not being in the world anymore. Like... dinosaurs. They aren't in the world anymore."

Eren's just constantly in a stage of shock. "Whoa..."

"Do you like dinosaurs?"

"Yes..."

Leaning forward and kissing Eren's forehead, she smiles softly. "Maybe next time, we can go to the museum. How's that? Iris, what about you? You used to like going to the museums."

Eren jumped in joy as Iris nodded her head. "Yeah... I wanna go to the museum soon!"

"Well... it's settled next weekend." Hanji chuckles, looking towards me. "But for now... breakfast time. Levi, what would you want to eat for breakfast? I'm really in the mood for some blueberry pancakes right now."

I chuckled a bit, taking Eren and Iris by their hands as we walked together. "Eggs, bacon, and this omelet... that's all. Come on now, before all of you guys start complaining because you two are hungry."
