Bruce watches Jeremiah run off, Jerome opens the door and chases after him. Bruce can't help but let out a giggle. He walks back to their house and shuts the door, just in case someone wants to sneak in and steal their tv. It's Gotham, anything can happen!

After Bruce starts walking down the street. He called Alfred and told him he'd be going straight to the Valeska's house so he doesn't have to worry. Bruce also told him that he would walk home. What a stupid choice.

He walks for about fifteen minutes and he's already starting to get tired. As he walks he thinks about the boys.

Jerome and Jeremiah. They're both very handsome, they have adorable voices. Jeremiah's smart, he's calm and kind, unless Jerome is harassing him- that's a different story. Jeremiah is probably the smartest in his class, he isn't ever rude and he doesn't judge people. He's quiet, his voice is soft and adorable. Jerome is loud, funny, out going. Nothing can get in his way. If there's something he wants to do, he'll do it. He's kind to Bruce, he makes him blush.

Which one would he really want to date?

A/N date me. Kidding. Seriously tho, someone please date me-

Pros and cons of the two boys flood into his head. He pictures dating one and how much that would hurt the other. Why do both boys have to crush on him? It certainly doesn't help that Bruce likes them both equally. He doesn't want to pick, he doesn't want to hurt them.

Bruce imagines going over to hang with one, that would hurt the other so much. The two also get jealous easily. Bruce is fucked.

He's stuck between two boys that look the same but have totally different personalities.

Jeremiah turns his head, thinking he lost Jerome. Sadly, his brother is still trailing behind him. Jerome is pretty quick, the only reason Jeremiah is ahead is because he got a head start. Suddenly, Jeremiah trips over his own feet and starts rolling down a grass hill. Luckily for him, there's no rocks or shit that he could roll into, so it isn't painful.

He sits up once he's at the bottom, Jerome is running down the hill. Jeremiah gets up, tries running and falls down again. Just as he tries standing up, Jerome sits on his back, keeping him from getting up.

"Get off me Jerome!"

"Get off me Jerome!" Jerome mimics insultingly. Jeremiah tried getting up, he isn't exactly the strongest.

"Jerome!" Miah whines out, stretching the o in his brothers name. Jerome rolls his eyes and uses all his weight on Jeremiah.

"No, you deserve this," he grumbles. Jeremiah tries rolling onto his side and once again fails. Jerome almost laughs at how weak his brother is.

"How do I deserve this?! Get off me!" Jeremiah asks, still struggling under Jerome.

"You were smooching with Bruce! I thought I was winning! You are getting in my way!" Jerome shouts, unhappy with his brothers actions.

"I can't help how I feel! I don't wake up every morning and decide who I want to like, it just happens! I don't go around thinking to myself, hey, let's make my brother upset by kissing his crush! It's not my fault he kissed me and now you! You asked him to leave!" Jeremiah points out. Jerome goes quiet and stands up, he gets off his brother.

"Fair point. Get up," Jerome orders.

Jeremiah gets up, groaning slightly. He dusts himself off and places his hands on his hips. Jerome crosses his arms and the two glare at each other, both wishing that murder was legal.  Though it may be dark, they have serious issues.

"Idea, come on, let's go home. We'll discuss things from there!" Jerome grabs his brothers arm and drags him all the way home.

When they get back at home, Jerome makes Jeremiah sit at the table. Jerome goes up to his bedroom and he's there for ten minutes. Eventually, he comes back downstairs with a sheet of paper and a stuffy in his hand.

"This is a peace offering contract thingy," Jerome places the sheet of paper in front of Jeremiah and places a pen down next to it.

Miah slides the sheet closer to him and starts reading it.

"It took you ten minutes for this?" Jeremiah asks, raising an eyebrow. Jerome nods his head and places the stuffy on the sheet.

"Here is my peace offering," Jerome says, gesturing towards the stuffed cat. Jeremiah picks it up skeptically. He never would've expected Jerome to want to play by the rules... then again, this is a sheet of paper he just wrote stupid rules on. He'll probably break every goddamn one. He doesn't give a damn about the rules.

"So... you want me to sign this and accept... an old stuffy?" Jeremiah asks, confirming what's happening. Jerome nods his head, a big smile on his face.

"Yes. That's exactly what I want you to do. But you have to give me something as well or else you're not getting this stuffy," Jerome says, grabbing the stuffy.

Jeremiah smiles and rolls his eyes playfully. He grabs the pen and sighs before signing the sheet. Jerome smiles and grabs his brothers hand, shaking it roughly, slightly hurting his brother.

"It's a deal! May the best man win! And I, am the best," Jerome grins ear to ear, excited that the competition now has rules.

Obviously he's crossing his fingers behind his back because he's immature and according to him, if you cross your fingers behind your back while making an agreement, it's never fully sealed. He'll probably shred the paper and burn it later as well.

He knows Jeremiah. The more Jerome annoys him, the closer Jeremiah gets to getting his revenge. As children, Jerome would always poke Miah, it drove the poor boy mad. So one day, Jeremiah started poking Jerome over and over. He wouldn't stop. Even after Jerome would smack him, he wouldn't stop. It was a tough time back then.

"May the best man win."
