Harry Potter and his wife Ginny Potter have had two very successful professional and personal lives. They loved their jobs, their kids and their lives together but something was missing. Harry didn't have the best childhood growing up, and now looking back he knows if someone had helped him at the right time, he might've had a better shot at it. The lack of support from his 'loved ones' while growing up always made him feel somewhat incomplete, and when he had kids himself, he always felt like he was doing something wrong.
Harry never wanted to be a Vernon, he was determined to make sure no kid grew up with one either. Harry and Ginny decided to start a not for profit organization known as The Molly Weasley Foundation, named after Ginny's mom and the only mother figure for most of Harry's life.
Harry and Ginny had worked on this foundation for years, the headquarters for this was 12 Grimmauld place, Harry thought it would be the ultimate "fuck you" from Sirius to his parents. Plus, the place for fairly central and easily accessible. They removed the charms that hid the house from muggles and made sure that the place didn't have any dark magic residue.
The foundation was set up to make that kids and teenagers have all the resources they need, they also give out grants, help potential and current foster parents. As well as create more awareness about the foster care system in the UK. They also give out grants, create jobs for teenagers and young adults in need.
This foundation became was Harry's greatest achievement, and it became the first organization to help muggle-born kids and their parents to transaction into their new lives. They also had courses for parents of muggle-born witches and wizards created by Hermione, as well as a short summer course before Hogwarts so every muggle-born knows the basis of magic and the wizarding world before they enter a new world. The foundation was recognized by the ministry and recommended by them as well.
All the Potters (and Lupins) were very involved in this foundation, the Weasleys also helped out a lot and Harry could proudly say that he has finally achieved everything he ever wanted. The foundation went on to help fund and operate their own residential home and in their last days both, Harry and Ginny loved to visit them.
