Chapter 8 - An Agonizing Decision

Claire rushes back to her house. On her way home, she passes John, who's going for a walk. "Whoa there! What's going on, Claire?" He asked. "John, I need your help!!" Said Claire in a panic. "What's wrong?" Asked John. "Paul's in trouble! A vampire has bitten him, he turned into one, and now she's taken him to the graveyard to kill him!!!" Claire said as she continued to panic.

"Hold up! You're telling me that Paul has been bitten by... a vampire?!" John asked in shock. "Uh-huh." Said Claire. "That's why he was acting weird for the past few days!" Said John. "Did I mention that he's been turned into one as well?" Claire asked. "What?! Macca is a vampire now?!?!" John asked with his eyes widened. "Yes! I need all the help I can get to stop Victoria once and for all!" Claire said. "Who's Victoria?" Asked John. "She's the vampire who bit Paul and turned him into one." Said Claire.

John's eyes widen. His look of fear eventually turns into rage. "Alright, let's cripple this crazy bat lady!" He said. "We'll need more people to help us as well." Claire said. "Like who?" John asked. "Come with me." Said Claire. She and John round up her siblings and Gloria to help. Everyone is equipped with everything they need to kill a vampire.

The Graveyard

Victoria throws Paul to the ground and he looks at her with fear in his eyes. "You're a pathetic excuse for a vampire!" Said Victoria angrily. "Maybe because I don't wanna be a vampire!" Said Paul. "Nobody does. But too bad! For failing to listen to me earlier, you're gonna die!" Victoria said. "What?!" Paul said in shock.

"Stop!!!" Claire's voice yelled out. She's accompanied by Quinn, Lloyd, Gloria, and John. "Well, look who's back!" Said Victoria with a smirk. "For biting and turning my boyfriend into a vampire, you're gonna pay!" Said Claire angrily. "Oh, I'm so scared!" Victoria said sarcastically. "Claire and I trusted you! How could you betray us like this?!" Asked Gloria angrily. "You didn't hear me telling Claire this, I was pretending to be innocent! I've been evil this whole time, but I didn't reveal my true colors until now!" Said Victoria.

Claire starts charging at her with the wooden stake, but Victoria stops her. "Bad idea, Claire. If you even try to stab me with that stake, I'll suck every bit of life out of your precious boyfriend!" She said. "You can't do that!" Claire said. "Why not? I'm a vampire, and I can do whatever I want!" Victoria said. "So what?!" Asked Claire angrily.

"I'll give you two choices. One, you join me, and I'll spare Paul. Two, you refuse to choose the vampire life, and your precious boyfriend dies!" Said Victoria. "Don't trust her, Claire!!!" Yelled Quinn. "Yeah! She'll play dirty!" Yelled Lloyd. "Never trust a vampire!" Gloria yelled. "It's too risky! Be careful!" Yelled John. "I'd choose wisely if I were you, Claire Crawford." Victoria said.

Claire looks at Paul, who has a desperate expression on his face. Instead of crying, Claire puts on a brave face. "I'll never join you!!! I'd rather dress like a vampire than be one! So, ha and ha!" She said. "Very well." Said Victoria. She picks Paul up by his throat and starts draining the life out of him.

Out of nowhere, John charges towards Victoria and punches her with an iron fist. The force was so powerful, it caused Victoria to drop Paul. She was moments away from taking away his youth and making it her own. "Nobody hurts my best friend!" John said angrily. Claire turns back to her girlfriend and siblings. "Let's finish this vamp!" She said.

A massive fight erupted as Claire and her group battle against Victoria.
