[A/N: I was listening to the song 3:00 AM by Finding Hope (attached in the media) when I wrote this, and I think the song really depicts the mood in this chapter. Try listen to it ;)]

In the dark apartment room, sprawled on the bed was two human beings- a brown haired girl clinging for her dear life to her beloved. Only their breathes and the sound of air conditioner filled the quiet atmosphere. The guy looked down and smile upon himself, finding the fingers of the girl he loves drawing random patterns on his toned abs.

He stroked her long hair affectionately, sighing to himself and thinking: why couldn't they do this more often?

Finally, the brown haired girl broke the silence, voicinh her thoughts absent-mindedly.

"I wish we could stay here forever."

The guy chuckled, "Me too."

"What's your schedule tomorrow?" she asked, looking up to find her boyfriend's face.

"You mean today?" The guy corrected, remembering that dawn already broken and a new day has arrived. "I have that meeting I told you about. Discussing the album and maybe some recording session."

"Ah, I see," the girl nodded, and then lost in her thoughts.

Kim Jongin, the guy, tightened his hug around his girlfriend's petite body. "Come on, Jennie. Can we not talk about work now and just enjoy the time we have, hm?"

Jennie shivered from the cold wind, lifting up the bedcover- the only thing covering her body right now. "Hm, you're right. I've been missing you so much the past few weeks," remembering something, she continued, "-and I think we must be extra careful right now."

"Why?"

"Chaeyoung smelled your perfume on Nini."

"Really?" Jongin can't help but chuckled. "How would she know that's mine, though?"

"I don't think she knows that it's yours, but we were just having some girls talk in my hotel room and she hugged Nini. I completely forgot that I sprayed Nini with your perfume because- h- HEY! Don't laugh at me! It's normal for girls who missed their boyfriends, especially during long tour like this! You're just lucky I don't steal one of your beloved hoodie!" Jennie pouted.

Jongin laughed even harder at this. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry. Continue please."

"And then Chaeng was dumbstrucked for a sec and the next thing I know she just sniffed the hell out of Nini. She looked like she was possesed by a trained dog police and when she stopped she just exclaimed loudly: 'EONNI!'"

"Up until that point I didn't realize, but then she said: 'Why is your teddy bear doll smells like a guy?'- Jongin, if you were there you would be panicked as well so stop laughing at your girlfriend's misery."

"A-alright, sorry." Jongin wiped the tear on the corner of his eye because of the frantic laugh he just had.

"I lied and told her I don't know what on earth she means by that. But she kept insisting and was sure as hell that Nini smelled just like her dad's perfume."

"Well, her dad has a good taste then," commented Jongin.

Jennie sighed. "We're lucky it was just Chaeyoung," she concluded. "If it was Jisoo eonnie... I don't think she would've let this slide so easily."

Jongin looked down to the girl on his arms. "Babe."

"Yes?"

"Is it that bad if your members know?" asked him carefully.

Jennie looked up to face her boyfriend. "No, it's not what you think. I'm not embarrassed of us- if anything, being with you is the best time ever and I want to shout it out up on the roof that you're my boyfriend," It's true, especially when many of his fans would ship him with some other girl group members.

Jennie continued,"It's just..., I don't want the members to feel burdened to also know the secret relationship we have. I'm sure they're great in keeping secret but that doesn't mean it's... easy, you know?"

Jongin give a small peck on her forehead. "Alright, alright, I got what you mean, Nini bear."

Jennie smiled, her eyes twinkled and Jongin somehow couldn't help but feel captivated by them. "I love you, Jongin," she whispered.

And with that, Jongin kissed her lips. Telling her what he feels by making her feel all the bliss of love. All night.

a year later

People said that the city of Paris never sleeps; and that's somewhat true. Despite the fact that it's already passed midnight, the city still glimmered with beautiful night lights. The chatter of people passing by could be heard even from the quiet apartment room.

But those beautiful lights was quickly hidden by the curtains, protecting the small human that slept soundly in her crib. She had a light brown teddy bear within her small, chubby arms, sucking her pacifier lightly.

A girl- no, let me rephrase that, she's a woman now, she's a mother - the mother of said little baby bent down to pluck the pacifier.

Giving a soft stroke on her daughter's hair, she whispered, "Sleep tight, Jinri-ah."
