Water droplets were getting onto the couch. His roommates were probably going to question it, but when they see him they're going to understand. 

He felt his tears slowly stop as he looked up. It was Darryl, his best friend. Darryl got onto his knees to get to Zak's level, and he hugged him. 

"What happened?" Darryl asked, hugging Zak softly but might enough to make him feel secure. 

"I feel like I'm never going to meet my soulmate.." Zak cried, Darryl let go of the hug to look at him. 

"Everyone meets their soulmate, Zak," Darryl said, wiping Zak's tears with a tissue he had. "Remember how Clay and Vincent met? Or how Mega and Jacob became soulmates?" 

Zak shook his head. His tears finally dried as Darryl was going to tell him a story. 

"See.. Vincent was mad about losing something, and so he needed to vent.." Darryl trailed on. 

Vincent's ring was cracked. The ring was made special, special to him and his soulmate. He didn't know his soulmate, and he felt like he didn't need one. 

His ring was black and green. He liked it, even though he didn't think his soulmate would be near. 

The ring was special because you could find your soulmate if your rings matched, and if you two just.. Click. If the ring was broken, it could be fixed when you meet your soulmate. 

Vincent was too bummed out to talk to his friends about it, so he went online. He felt like talking to a stranger about the problem. There was more likely someone had the same problem as him. 

He went on some random website and started to talk to people. He scrolled through all of the names and profiles, the one caught his eye.
