Marriage is not a play of puppet. It's union of two human beings, two souls, two families and broadly two societies..

It's defined as life long bondage. It's very auspicious. If broken, you are marked as bad or stained.

"Couldn't work out a marriage? " What a shame!

As if you couldn't accomplish a degree.

To make a marriage work, people go on sacrificing. Be it husband or wife, in every relationship, either anyone or both sacrifice. Perfect match or couple is very rare. Perfect bonding is very rare. Even if it's on the start, later dismantle.
Of if dismantled at the beginning, later gets smoothed.

Very difficult to answer the question, as how or when a marriage works?

Legal age for marriage is 18 for girls and 21 for boys, but time is changing.

Nowadays it's 30+, 40+ or even above 50.

Marriage doesn't have a specific age. Depends on, when you are ready, when you are getting a suitable partner, and both are ready..

But society takes a lot of stress when they see bachelor roaming freely.
They try to patch up any single male or female..
This problem is more for girls..

They become local guardian. Relatives have separate responsibility of passing comments and taunting. Sometimes they bring matches too, according to their choice, which do not turn out to be suitable always..

People know, after marriage everything changes, so they want to fulfill their dreams before tying the holy knot. Many people keep avoiding and stay involved in work. Some are workaholic. Some have separate issues.

Some simply don't want to get married, because of the forthcoming responsibility.

If responsibility is taken, it should be carried out properly. If not, tussle arises. So mental preparation is needed. When one is ready, one should go ahead.

Cause marriage is not a joke, it will bring puzzles which has to be solved..

So everyone is not taught from childhood, that one has to get married as most of them gets spoon fed with the message..

Yes marriage is essential, but it's not a degree to get completed.
