Chapter 21

I walk out of the cabin with my hood on my head trying to avoid anyone. Lynx is running towards me but I don't think he noticed me because he bumped into me and I fell to the ground. My hood falls from my head and Lynx stares at me in shock. "Dylan are you psychotic!?" He asks helping me up. I look at him tears starting to fill my eyes. "I-I don't know what got into me it's just that Forrest broke up with me and Alex was acting nice to me." I say looking down at my shoes. "Dylan don't let it get to yours head. Alex is just trying to make you trust him so he can hurt you from within." he says hugging me. I hug him tightly "thank you!" He pulls away and walks to the cabins. I walk to the stables and climb up the mountain and sit in the lone bench that's there. I take my journal out of my bag and look at the picture that me and Lynx took when I first came to camp. I smile at how happy we look in the picture. I put my journal away when I hear feet crunching snow and I see Alex walking up to me. "Hey Dylan." he says sitting in the bench next to me. "sup." I say putting my hood on hiding my shaved part. "Dylan I don't know how to say this but, I like you." he says looking at me. I stare at him smiling a bit. I have had a small crush on him. "I-I like you too." I say grabbing his hand. he looks at me with a big smile. I look and see Lynx walking up and i let go of Alex's hand. "What are you doing here Alex?" Lynx asks sternly. "nothing just asking your sister out." Alex replies laughing a bit . Lynx stares at us shocked. I wonder what he's gonna say. "Dylan I'm so gonna kill you for this!" Lynx yell then turns and starts running to the campfire. I look at Alex I like him but what about my brother? What am i supposed to do when I'm dating his enemy?
