Sherlock doesn't like celebrating his birthday so instead of going out or doing something normal you spent a week planning out a 'stay inside' series of murder mysteries. You and John made sure Sherlock was a little drunk before handing him the evidence of every made up murder case you came up with and watching him try to solve them. It's safe to say it was very amusing and he absoloutely loved it.

John had never been too bothered about celebrating his birthday so you two just decided to go for a nice dinner together. He really appreciated the time you put aside to spend the afternoon with him and you spent the night at 221B afterwards.

Jim
Despite Jim being a consulting criminal and a bit of a murderous sociopath, he has a soft side. At first he seemed confused at what you'd gotten him but he soon dropped the act and thanked you for it, making sure that your lips were sealed and that you would never tell anyone about his weakness for cuddly toys. You also made him a delicious homecooked meal and spent the night at his mansion.

Lestrade
As a D.I. Greg never gets to spend much time with all of his friends, which is why you thought it would be a great idea to throw a surprise party. You invited everyone he knew and even managed to force Sherlock to come for an hour to wish him a happy birthday. He was extremely grateful for the amount of effort you put into it and he made sure to show you how thankful he was with sweet kisses and hugs throughout the whole evening.
