Chapter 2: A New Song and First Job

You woke up early and looked at your clock, "It's 4:30 now......."

"Oh well, at least I could have a head start on finishing that new song I've been working on lately." You thought

You got out of bed and took a shower.

Then you put on a striped shirt and long pants with your glove on your hand.

You put on your watch and saw that it was 5:00 now and in your hands was one of your folders with some of the music you composed.

After wandering around for a while you found the music room and saw a grand piano near the windows.

You opened the top of the piano, sat down on the chair, and opened your folder to find your music sheet.

When you finally found it, you placed it in the middle of the piano and played.

After playing a few melodies, you finally finished your new song.

So, you played the whole song from beginning to end, but little did you know, that a certain someone was listening to your song near the door.

"That was a good song." Said Ai Mikaze

You looked up at him surprised.

"Thank you very much." You said

He looked at you and analyzed the music sheet, "I'd like to make lyrics for this song you wrote, can I?"

You thought for a moment, but you decided to let him write lyrics.

As you watched him write lyrics, you noticed that he doesn't waste any second writing. He kept on going until he finished.

"Here, I want you to play the song, I'll sing." He said

You looked at your music sheet and saw that it was titled: "Tameiki Botan"

You started to play the song as he asked and he started to sing.

"His voice is beautiful....." you thought

Finally, you ended the song and he stopped singing.

"That was a really good song, Mikaze." You said happily

He nodded, "That was very good in my opinion......."

You looked at the time, "It's 6:00 already?"

"Time flies by quickly."

"We should eat breakfast, come on." He stood up, carried your folder with everything organized, and grabbed your right hand.

There was a spark that you felt in your right hand, apparently Ai also felt it, since he is a robot.

"What was that?" He asked

"I don't know......." you thought the glove on your right hand would prevent electricity from flowing through, but it didn't.

"Let's just go." This time you grabbed Ai's hand with your left hand.

The two of you headed to the dining room and saw that Syo and Natsuki were already awake.

They both looked at you and saw that you and Ai were holding hands.

"Uhh..... why are you guys holding hands?" Asked Syo

You blushed and let go of his hand, "Sorry Mikaze-san......"

He looked at you and said, "I didn't mind you holding my hand."

You blushed and ate some bagels with cream cheese for breakfast. Ai ate his jelly for breakfast.

You sat on a chair and put your plate on the table. Surprisingly, Ai sat with you across from you.
