Chapter 22: Finding The Suspect

"It's been two weeks since I've been stuck in this cage..........." You said tiredly

"I don't even think I can walk anymore............." you sweat dropped

Suddenly, Ai walked in the room and opened the cage door for you.

"Huh? Why'd you open the door?" You asked curiously

"You should be glad, we found the suspect." Ai smiled at you

"Ehh? You did? Who was it?" You asked

"Come out and see for yourself." Ai said as he held out a hand for you

You nodded and took his hand and got out of the cage.

"Woah!" You fell down onto the floor

"Are you okay??" Ai asked worryingly

You laughed shyly, "Yeah, I'm fine, but I don't think I can walk anymore, since I was in that cage for a long time."

Ai frowned, "Sorry, it was my fault for not letting you out."

"No, it's fine, you just did that to protect me." You smiled slightly

Ai looked at you, "Do you want me to help you dress?"

You blushed, "N-No! You don't have to do that! I can dress myself."

He nodded, "Okay, here are your clothes."

"Thank you............" you took the clothes from him

"Well? Are you going to dress or not?" Ai questioned

"Umm, I can't dress until you walk out of the room........." you said shyly

Ai blushed a bit, "R-Right....... I'll go outside........" He walked out and closed the door

You took off the nightgown and put the shirt on, but when you stretched out your legs, pain surged in your body.

"Oww........ Ai really had to let me go out of that cage........" you said as you put on your pants

"Okay, Ai, I'm done!" You yelled out, and Ai opened the door

"How do you feel? Do you think you can walk?" Ai asked

You shrugged and tried to get up, but your legs were in pain.

"If that's the case........" Ai picked you up bridal style and walked out of the room

You blushed, "Ai! This is embarrassing!"

He chuckled, "For you it is, but for me, I like it this way."

He brought you outside where the others were, and everyone looked at you.

"Lily-chan!" Reiji said happily

"Hi Reiji........" you said shyly

"Um, senpai?" Syo asked, "Why are you carrying Lilac-san?"

"She can't walk for a while after being in that cage for so long." Ai explained

"Ehh? Is she okay?" Otoya asked

"I'm fine Otoya, don't worry." You smiled slightly, "So, where's the suspect?"

Tokiya, Masato, Ren, and Natsuki moved out of the way and on the ground was a girl about your age, tied up.

You widened your eyes, "Y-You're the person who's been after me???"

The girl smirked, "Its been a while, Lilac-sama."

"Ehhh???? You two know each other??" Cecil asked
