Chapter 8: Kittens And Difficult Relationships

The next day you woke up with Ai next to you. You looked at the time and it was 4:30.

Ai also woke up and smiled at you.

"Goodmorning Lily-chan." He said

You smiled back, "Morning Ai-chan."

You both got up and Ai kissed you.

"I told you that we should do that everyday, didn't I?" He smirked

You giggled and got up to take a new pair of clothes. "I'll be waiting in the dining room Lily." He said as he got out

You took a shower and got dressed.

After that you decided to clean your room after what happened yesterday.

When you finished, you grabbed your folder with your music sheets and went out. "Maybe I'll make a new song for Ai today......"

Cecil was already awake, which surprised you, but you walked past him.

Suddenly, Cecil's pendant glowed and Cecil looked at it curiously, "What's going on?" He wondered

You didn't notice the glow of his pendant, so you kept walking.

A bright light then surrounded you and your body started to change.

You had a tail and cat ears and you started to become smaller and smaller. You then had fur everywhere around your body.

"What's happening to my body??" You said scared

Finally the glow disappeared and you looked at your hands, they were paws now. You felt your head and felt your ears. You then looked behind you and you saw that you had a tail and a lot of fluffy fur.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?!?!" You meowed

You covered your mouth, "I'm a cat?" You meowed curiously

You looked on the ground and your clothes weren't there, but your music sheets were spread out everywhere.

"How did I turn into a cat though?" You thought

You went inside the dining room and Camus noticed you and picked you up.

"How did you get inside?" He asked

You meowed, "It's me, Lilac-san!"

He couldn't understand you.

"Maybe you're one of Ranmaru's stray cats that he feeds........" He muttered as he took you to his room

He knocked on his door and Ranmaru appeared in front of you.

"Here's your cat, take better care of it." Camus said as he gave you to Ranmaru and left.

You looked up at Ranmaru and he smiled at you. "I never saw you before around here, but I'll take care of you." He said

"I never knew Ranmaru likes cats......" you thought

He placed you on his bed and took out cat food. He put it in front of you, "Go on, eat it."

You looked at the food and ate it, "Wow, this tastes pretty good......." you say, since you are a kitten.

He petted your head and scratched behind your ears. You purred at his touch.

He chuckled, "So that's your sweet spot."

"I wonder where your mother is, you're still a baby kitten." He said
