CHAPTER 4 - I killed Lisanna?

Lucy pov

"Natsu.." I saw him, he looked angry, his face full of rage. I've used that expression before. But what happened here? Why master said I leave the guild after killed Lisanna?

Natsu walked closer, I didn't step back. If he want to punch me for the rumors then it's okay. I close my eyes, ready to feel the pain. But what I got was a hug. I open my eyes, trying to process.

"Luce..." he whispered in shuttered voice. "wha-what happened here?" I asked. He hugged me tighter. I gasped when I felt tears on my shoulder "I've been searching for you since you left!". Should I hug him back? Or pat him? Or let go of the hug? I don't know what to do!. "Natsu?" I whispered.

He didn't let me go "don't leave me like that, ever again" he said, did they noticed me gone?. Even though it's only for 6 months. "don't leave me without saying anything!" his voice cracked. Maybe it's my fault, but still, I didn't understand what they were talking about. "...sorry" I whispered.

"no, it's my fault from the start!" he said, not even bother to let go of the hug. "I shouldn't have done it" do what? "I can't, Luce... I can't protect you! Why did you left? I'm sorry.."

I pushed him so he let go of me "I don't understand" I said, I looked at Master. "what does it mean by I killed Lisanna and left the guild? Why did I do that? I was training with Yuki and Gin all the time. I haven't stepped in Magnolia in these 6 months" I said.

"Oh my" Mira came and sighed, "Gin, do you mind to help me?" she said to Gin and he nodded. "I'll show you the past" I heard Gin enchanted, then a screen came out. "watch it calmly" Mira said. "This is the night after the last time I saw Lucy", she mumbled, this is the day when Lisanna blame nonsense things on me.

It was midnight, after partying. Everyone tired and they slept in the guild. Everything was normal until Lisanna's head turned into a black creature. She wandered around the guild, her neck getting longer as she reached someone's face.

She checked everyone until she came back to her human face. "She is not here! She is not here! Lucy Heartfilia!" she yelled. "I'll kill her! I'll eat her!" she muttered, and then she stopped walking when she was in front of sleeping Natsu.

She placed her foot above his face "stupid man! Ahaha after I kill her I'll eat everyone here! I'll be the strongest!" then the screen went black.

"what was that thing?!" Gajeel spoke up. Everyone muttered the same thing. "that thing called Demon Paracyte" I said, they looked at me. "rumors said they were annihilated by the demon slayers" I added.

"you knew about her?" Master asked me. "no, I didn't know. Only the one who has a demon's related power can sense it, but they can be killed by anyone". Well I am demon slayer now.

"Gray could" He looked at me. "I am not demon slayer". I chuckled, "yes you will be," Yuki said, Gray looked at her. "She has the ability to seek the future just like Carla, but much stronger. And Gin has the ability to seek the past" I explained.

The truth is, I have those abilities too, due to keeping my power hidden, they did it for me.

"oh that's cool" Gray said.

"so how did Lucy killed Lisanna when she wasn't in Magnolia?" Master asked again. Mira looked at Gin, he plays another past. "this is the day when 'Lucy' killed 'Lisanna'" she said.
