CHAPTER 12 - What happend to you, Natsu?

Last night, Yukino, a celestial mage from Sabertooth came, she said she wanted to give me her celestial spirit keys. Of course I declined it, for me, celestial spirit is a friend.

I couldn't just accept them and I have more than enough celestial spirits with me. I've befriend with the dragons, angels, even the demons, I'm that greedy.

She told us that she was kicked out by Sabertooth because she couldn't win the game. Natsu charged their hotel and making a ruckus. Of course we were angry, how can they just kicked out their friend like that.

It's true Natsu once kicked me from his team, but it was a mere misunderstanding.

"Today is the 3rd day of GMG! This time it will be Pandemonium! Choose your delegation!"

A big magic circle came out in the sky, then a big building showed up. It was the so-called pandemonium, so many monsters were wandered in the building.

The moderator said we have to kill the monster, anyone who got the biggest number will be the winner.

Erza was the 1st participant who entered the pandemonium. All we could do was believe in Erza and wait for her patiently.

I was amazed by her Requip magic skill, even though I've trained Requip magic for a year in the dragon realm, she was better than me.

That's why I admire her, The Great Titania, the one who I looked up to, Erza Scarlet.

Everyone in the battle arena was shocked when Erza was able to defeat almost every monster. Now she faced the S-Class monster. The monster was really strong, but Erza could defeat it.

Me and Wendy was cried in happiness, Natsu and Gray were shouted for Erza, and the Fairy Tail guild was cheered her name. Everyone in the battle arena was shouted, we watched the pandemonium gone in awe.

We ran to Erza, didn't care about the rule said we shouldn't enter the battleground. We hugged her, Natsu insisted to have a match with Erza later. We cried in happiness, "the tournament hasn't ended yet.." she said. We laughed, then we walked back to our bench, I healed Erza's wounds because she insisted to stayed than going to infirmary.

Since the Pandemonium was finished by Erza, the committee decided an alternative competition, they used the Magic Power Finder.

"Millianna got 365 points!, Novale got 124 points!, Hibiki got 95!" That flirty guy was hopeless, We all know that his ability was better on the battlefield.

"Obra got 4 points?!" I knew something's weird here, I saw a thing -I didn't what is it, so I'll call it a bug. I saw a bug came out from his cloak, he hit the MPF.

"Olga got 3825" I whistled, so Sabertooth has a tough one. "Jura got 8544" as expected of Jura-san. Then I saw Kana opened her cloth, it was Fairy Glitter's magic sign.

"Kana got 9999! And she broke the MPF!" I sighed, so Kana secretly trained with the 1st Master huh? I envy her.

Once again, everyone cheered for Fairy Tail. Thanks to Erza and Kana, we showed them who's number one. "We can not be stopped!" she yelled, I giggled. "I said it because we are Fairy Tail!" that's our Kana!

I came to the Fairy Tail B's bench, I hugged Kana. "you were pretty cool!" I said, she giggled in blush. "Huh? Where's Gray-sama?" Juvia asked.

"He said he wanted to watch that Rufus guy from Sabertooth,l" I said. Juvia glared me, "why my love rival knows where's my Gray-sama?!" she yelled. "that's because we're in the same team you know" I mumbled.

I looked at Laxus, "after this will be Laxus's turn, right?" I asked, Laxus glanced at me. He was about saying something but then I felt the arena was getting hot and hotter.

"Unleash : The Great Snow Shaman : Khione! Snowy Air!" I cast. The air around me became cooler, I wonder who's able to casted such a strong spell.

Then I canceled the spell after the hot air was gone. "what was that spell?" Laxus said. "that was one of Angel's Gift magic, the one I cast before was Khione, Angel of Snow" I explained.

They looked at me in awe, I just giggled. "I'll be back to my team then!" I said as I waved goodbye to them, "don't lose to Raven Tail, Laxus!" I yelled. I could hear his muttered "never" when I arrived at the Fairy Tail A's bench.

"where were you going, Luce?" Natsu asked. "chit chat with our friends" I said. I wonder why Natsu was pouted, "is that so" he mumbled.

Laxus stepped in the battle arena. My body stiffened when I saw Raven Tail. That Flare chick was looked at Laxus, mumbling the same thing, "blonde..".

Did she has a grudge on blonde people?

That's annoying.

I looked at Laxus, he clenches his fist and smirked at me. 'look at me closely, Lucy' he said in his mind. I blushed, "Yeah, I'll watch you carefully!" I yelled.

The battle seemed weird, Laxus was beaten very often. I know Laxus was the guy who goes all out, this is strange. "what the heck is Laxus doing?!" Gray yelled.

"there's something wrong with Laxus" Natsu said in a mumble. "yeah, this is not Laxus" Erza said. "Laxus-san..." Wendy whispered, she almost crying.

I decided to cast Investigation to see if there's something wrong with Laxus. There was a barrier in the battle arena. 'Laxus, do you hear me?' I said in by telepathy. 'yeah' he answered me.

'there's illusion barrier in the arena. We saw you got beaten' I said, 'is that so... I still haven't done anything though' he muttered.

'do you want me to cancel the barrier or-' I was cut by him. "I'll be the one who finished him off" he whispered. I kept silent 'do it fast' I said. He chuckled 'you are not my babysitter, sis' he said. I giggled, 'understood'

"It's okay!" I shouted, the team stopped yelling, "I believe him" I said in confidence. "but he was beaten!" Natsu said, almost yelled.

I smiled at him, "don't you believe in Laxus?" I asked, they looked at me in confusion. "I'm sure 100%, he'll win" I said. They nodded. I glanced at Natsu, he looked away and suddenly stay silent.

We watched the game silently, I was getting bored. Suddenly a lightning strikes the battleground and the illusion barrier was gone.

Everyone were shouted in awe, the whole Raven Tail's members were laying in the ground, they were cheated. He clenches his fist in the air, turns his back to me, and shouted "did you see that, Lucy?!". I giggled, "yeah!" I yelled.

The next battle was Wendy vs Sheria from Lamia Scale. I wanted to watch her. But I need to heal Laxus's wounds.

I had nice conversation with Laxus when Gin and Yuki came. I told them who Laxus is, they were super shocked. We stayed for almost half an hour then I told them I have to go back to the bench.

I tapped Natsu's shoulder, "so, how's the battle?" I asked, he glanced at me coldly. I was shivered then pull my hand as fast I can, "wh-what?" I asked. "nothing" he walked away.

I go to Erza, "how's Wendy?" I asked. "the result was a tie. She already fight super hard" she said, I nodded. Once again, I glanced at Natsu, I was scared to call his name.
