CHAPTER 8 - Am I looked like monster?

~GMG Day 1 part 1~

Lucy pov

I took a peek to the battle arena. There were so many audiences for this GMG.

I suddenly felt nervous, can I use my true power? Or can't I?

Then I felt Gray was tapped my shoulder "calm down" he said. I smiled and I looked at everyone's eyes. I believe them, so I decided my self that I'll use the power if I needed to.

"Now, everyone! Let's welcome our participants! I'll count them from the 8th! It's Blue Pegasus!" then I saw Ichiya and his underlings stepped in the arena.

"the 7th! It's Quarto Cerberus!" a bunch of men came out and they winked at the audiences, ew that's lame.

"the 6th! It's Mermaid Heel!" This time is a bunch of girls came out, wow they must be strong enough that they don't have men.

"the 5th! It's Lamia Scale!" I saw Gray's friend, Lyon, he showed up with his big smirk.

"the 4th! It's Raven Tail!" I sense evil aura when the guild showed up and I can hear Master's sound muttered 'Ivan'. I thought they were dark guild, why the committee accept them? Well I'll keep an eye on them.

"the 3rd! Who will it be?!" the audiences became furious "the 3rd is Fairy Tail Team B!" Uwah! Does it mean we'll have a match? I looked at Natsu, he grinned and seemed happy.

"the 2nd! Who's that?!" once again they got wild, "the 2nd is Sabertooth!" they suddenly silent, I wonder why.

"So! The last will be the 1st! Who's the fastest team it will be?!" I heard the audience booing the moderator, "which team that able to break Sabertooth's record this time?!" now I know why. They cheered for Sabertooth only. "the 1st place goes to... Fairy Tail Team A!" we came out, and pointing our finger to the sky, our guild's signed pose, I heard everyone booing us.

Team B looked at us, I could see their eyes full of confusion. I looked at Mira who smiled at me, she muttered "good job!" and I smiled back.

Then I look at Sabertooth, they glared us. I recognize the blonde guy and the black-haired guy, they were Weisslogia and Skiadrum's students.

I don't like the look of that blonde-haired guy, he look at me and whistled. I was about to glare him, but then Natsu covered me, he glared at the Sabertooth guy.

I glanced back at Fairy Tail's team B. But then I shivered when I saw Juvia glared at me with a murderous aura. I whispered to Gray, "uh.. Gray, could you move further?" I said. "Huh? Why do I have to?" I pointed Juvia with my eyes, he followed me and shivered "o-okay" Gray switched place with Erza.

"Now, I will explain the rule! There will be a battle every day. So for the start, every team has 0 points, the point will be accumulated and will be the mark for the ranking" we looked at the stone statue, it showed us the battle rule.

"the battle rule is simple, if you win, your team gets 10 points, if you lose, you get 0 points, and if the battle ended a draw, both teams will get 5 points." I looked at the other teams, it seems like they don't feel nervous at all. "and to open the game, we'll start from 'Hidden'! Every team has to choose their delegation!"

I close my eyes, trying to seek the future, I m saw Gray was lost against the long-haired guy from Sabertooth. "I'll do it" I said. They looked at me, "we decided to have Gray for this game" Erza said.

"I seek the future, and it showed me Gray's gonna lose to that long-haired guy from Sabertooth" I sighed, "you sure, Gray?" I asked him. He looked at me, "I'll try to change the future you saw" he said.

I nodded "try me" I smiled at him and he smiled me back "and Juvia's joined the game too, but don't hold back" I said. He mumbled "never"

The moderator explained to us the rule of the hidden game, I didn't really hear all of the rules. Then a screen came out, it showed us the delegation of every team.

- Blue Pegasus: Eve Tilm
- Lamia Scale: Lyon Vastia
- Sabertooth: Rufus Lore
- Fairy Tail A: Gray Fullbuster
- Fairy Tail B: Juvia Lockser

The delegation of every team didn't change from the future I've sought. I hope Gray didn't lose, "be careful with that Rufus guy, in my vision he has the power of Memory Make. And that guy from Raven Tail, he'll always be trying to attack you" I said before Gray left us. He clenched his fist up. I believe him.

The game started, I watched the game, Gray couldn't even manage to hit them back. The game flow just like my vision, I knew the end. He loses to the Rufus guy, "sorry" is all he said to me. I tapped his shoulder "it's okay, we're just started it" he just still silent "take your time" I said, then he went to our bench.

I saw him hit the wall, "Raven Tail, Memory Make... Just wait for my revenge!" he whispered in rage. He stripped, the sound of his voice wasn't cracked, seems he will be ok.

"And now we'll move to the next game! This will be the 1st battle game! Every participant will face the battle game once. This is a sponsored game, so the sponsor will choose the participant!" I had bad feelings for this game

"so the 1st battle will be: Lucy Heartfilia from Fairy Tail team A vs Flare Corona from Raven Tail!. The game will start in 10 minutes so please prepare yourself!"

I once seek the future again, I saw myself failed to cast Urano Metria. But something's weird, there was not any sign I drained magic, my Urano Metria was simply canceled by someone outside the battle arena.

Then I felt my cheek poked by someone. I open my eyes, it was Natsu.

"what?" I mumbled "I know she looks scary, but you are scarier than her Luce" he said while holding his laughter.

What?

Did he mocking me?!

"then I won't hold back" I mumbled. "yeah!" He grinned. "I won't hold back so you won't mock me again, ever" I said in cold tones. "Aye!" He saluted me, I sighed, "thank you, Natsu" I whispered and passed him to the battle arena. "leave it to me".

Here I am, stand with my pride, waited for my opponent to showed up. Flare Corona huh? She has long red hair, how did she manage to keep it healthy? I shivered just by thinking it.

She looked at me, "blonde.." She keeps muttering it. Okay, can I be afraid just for a minute? I mean, in front if, of me, there was a pshyco who looked like she was about to kill her idol. Oops maybe my imagination as a writer goes too far. But, I really mean it, the way she looked at me was scary.

The battle started, I summoned Scorpio, Cancer, and Taurus, we attacked her but then her hair goes furious. And I saw she placed her hair behind Asuka-chan, Bisca's child. I jumped with Taurus's ax as a booster, then I close the gate of my Celestial spirits.

"Unleash The Ruler of Celestial Dragon: Celest" I whispered. "Secret dragon-slaying technique: Shooting star!" I cast. The sky became dark as the cloud vanished. Stars are falling down, cutting Flare's hair into pieces.

Her ability to regenerate her hair wasn't a match with my Shooting Star. I decided to use it, I consider the vision I had, I didn't want my battle interfered.

"My hair! My hair! You damn blonde! You'll regret!" she suddenly grabbed my leg by her hair, I felt my leg was burned. Shit!

"Unleash: The Owner of Water Dragon: Aquos!" I said, almost shouted. "Secret dragon-slaying technique: Stormy Rain!" the sky went to grey and it pours rain. "with this, you won't be able to use your fire and hair anymore," I said, she was kneeled down.

'surrender before I hurt you and tell your team to not get cocky because you thought you could beat Fairy Tail' I said, by mind-reading. She was shocked, and then she looked at me, she whispered something that make me mad.

"you monster"
