The brothers stammered, "Wha- Nono we meant-"

Y/n stood eye level with the little middle blocker, her blue gaze searched his face carefully. He was exhausted but an excited flame burned behind his eyes. When the game ended, y/n couldn't help but feel shocked. She was so sure that they'd win, but Karasuno had stolen the point right out from under their noses.
"Hinata, are you continuing volleyball once you graduate?"
He nodded fervently, "I hope so!"
She smiled, "If you can, try beach when you're older."
"Beach?"
"Beach volleyball. It could help you get stronger and work on using that vertical of yours."
Hinata started vibrating in anticipation until he sneezed, breaking into a short cough. Y/n put a concerned hand on his shoulder, the realization slowly sinking in. 'I assumed he was just a jittery person, but it's obvious now that he's shivering.'
"You're sick aren't you!?" She said incredulously.
"No no I'm fine." He waved her off but y/n tightened her grip.
