Happy Birthday Miya Atsumu and Osamu! :)

"Isn't it the twins' birthday tomorrow?" Y/n asked Suna as they walked side by side, the cool breeze smelled of freshly fallen leaves.

Suna grinned. "Yeah, we're meeting the others at 11:45 tonight; Mae's place."

She shivered with excitement, it had been a while since she viewed today as one that was joyous and exciting.

They were charged with the extremely important task of picking up the cake, specially made to be different flavours on each half so the twins got their favourites. Mae had offered to be the one but that was before Ayano teasingly reminded her of the numerous times where the setter tripped over her own feet while walking on flat ground so y/n quickly volunteered before things got heated.

"What kind of writing should we put on the cake?" Y/n pondered aloud as they stepped into the bakery, the tantalizing scents of freshly steeped tea and coffee filled her nose.

Suna narrowed his eyes for a moment before taking on the ragged voice of an elderly man. "Congratulations, now yer one step closer to lookin' like crabby old Coach Kurosu."

"Rintarou!" She smacked his arm though she too, shook with laughter as she glared at him in mock disapproval.

"I'm kidding! Let's just put something corny like 'Happy Birthdays' on it because we're bland and boring." He smirked through a side-eye glance.

Y/n only sighed and rolled her eyes as they stood in line, her gaze fell to the aesthetically displayed rows of sweets in the glass cabinet. Suna watched her expression soften considerably as she stared at the plate of mochi, her mind already wandering far into the depths of her memory.

"Rintarou!" The little girl cried happily, her fingers sticky from kneading the snowy white dough. "Look at this!"

The chocolate haired boy inched closer, his dark eyes widening with amusement as she presented him with her messily bundled piece of mochi. She giggled and held it out in his face, accidentally dusting their bodies with stray clouds of flour.

"What kind of filling do you want?" Y/n asked, her face beaming with anticipation.

"I want peach!" Kenta piped up from the side, his dimples creating two small craters in his cheeks when he smiled.

Y/n huffed teasingly and stuck out her tongue. "Not you dummy! I was asking Rin, it's his birthday after all!"

Nakamura smiled sheepishly and took the now squished ball of dough from her hands, reaching over to the impressive array of fillings their parents had set up for them, and placing a couple strawberry slices in the centre.

"I like strawberries."

"And I'll take half a dozen strawberry cream mochi, thank you." Suna's voice snapped y/n out of her thoughts and she shook her head abruptly to clear her mind.
