It was difficult to tell how many hours she slept, but she knew it didn't feel like any at all the moment Girme shoved her off the bed two hours earlier. Yawning, and with braided hair, she blinked slowly as she watched Girme pack supplies on her steed. She was going to go grab some more mint on the same trip to not waste time, at least that's what she told (Y/n). Coral was looking quite beautiful and was rocking the gradients, having grown up in the years she hadn't seen him.
"You didn't have to take thirty minutes to brush your teeth you know," Girme complained as she tightened a bag, wearing some black leather boots, white jeans, and a black and white poncho. Oh the days when (Y/n) was but a child and thought all ponchos were triangular, it made her realize she was cuter as a child.
"I felt disgusting having forgotten to brush them last night," she admitted as she pulled on the straps of the backpack Girme let her borrow. It was quite nice looking, pastel pink with a few large pouches that used magnets to close. Its pattern was of the sky so it had some white in the form of clouds. It really matched her outfit, which was also loaned by Girme as her outfit was in the backpack inside another bag as it was dirty and Girme didn't have enough time to clean it.
She had a white beret tilting to the side, a pink over the shoulder shirt that folded at the top and was white with tiny brown polka dots that ended on her forearm with cuffs, a white flowy mini skirt, cream colored tights underneath, and pink ballet bae platforms. Her nails, although filed to a curve because apparently she needed to look as good as she worked, weren't painted as both knew it would take a long time to dry. Girme was in a generous mood if (Y/n) got off with taking two medium bags of makeup to do later, seeing how her friend actually did want to do it but realized she didn't have the time.
"Are you all ready and packed?" Girme asked, knowing the actual answer as she rushed to put in her supplies in other containers. She had packed (Y/n) her bags for the few days she'd be staying in Thaymor the moment she realized the girl had arrived with nothing. It made (Y/n)s heart melt at the fact that her friend was still as sweet as she used to be back in the academy, knowing that a few others would have laughed in her face and told her that it sucked to be her.
Her old friend even packed clothes for her to wear, which was quite nice of her even though they didn't exactly have the same styles. It was also a bit impractical for the job she was going to be doing, but Girme was being very thoughtful so she decided not to speak on that. The girl had packed her five different bags and only two of those were for her.
"Of course, because I naturally brought my harem and exotic pets with me," (Y/n) dramatically joked with a hand to the sky and the other to her chest. The bruises hurt like a little bitch, but it was nothing she couldn't handle, even if she didn't want to. "No need to thank me."
