Sherlock

John and Mycroft quickly go down to the basement room when I ask for help. Aurora is in my arms, asleep.

"She passed out. The stress she's been through must have caused this." Says John.

I lay her on the bed without making much noise and put a blanket over her.

"I will let her rest and tomorrow she will come with me," I tell Mycroft. He nods.

...

Mrs. Hudson is waiting for us at the door.

"I just put Rosie to bed. Oh, Sherlock, you're screwed. What happened?"

"He just met his daughter, who she didn't know about Sherlock and neither did he, so ..."

"Everything has been very chaotic. It turns out that Mycroft knew that Irene and I had a daughter for ten years, and I did not know. And it turns out that Irene had cancer, which they should have told me. And, when Irene died, my daughter was sent to Mycroft's house for him to take care of her, that was the pact between Irene and Mycroft. " Mrs. Hudson gasps. Evidently.

"Sherlock, do you have a daughter?" Lestrade's voice sounds from the kitchen.

"Apparently yes." Everyone is surprised. Especially John.

"When did you sleep with Irene? Sorry, I'm still surprised."

"That doesn't matter, John. What matters is that she didn't tell me." I drink some of the tea Mrs. Hudson made me.

"Then you're not a virgin." Lestrade laughs. "Sorry, I mean, how old is she?"

"Ten. Her name is Aurora."

"But why hasn't she come?"

"She's passed out. I've let her rest at Mycroft's house, but just for today." Mrs. Hudson puts her hands to her mouth.

"Well, now I have to go. I'm sorry about ... You know." Lestrade says goodbye and leaves.

"I'm going to sleep." Mrs. Hudson goes down to 221c.

John and I are silent for a long time.

"Shut up, John. " I know what John is thinking.

"I didn't say anything," says John, shrugging his shoulders.

"You were thinking, and that's exhausting." I go to my room and close the door. I hear how John complains from outside.

"Goodnight, Sherlock! I appreciate you too." I hear him go upstairs.

From now on I will have to care of Aurora, and I still don't know how to deal as a father, that's what John is for. He is a true father, not me. I wouldn't know how to take care of her exactly. And when she's will a teenager ... I don't know how to deal with teenagers, they give me a headache. But I will have to get used to it. After all, Aurora is my daughter.

Aurora

I wake up. Mycroft is in the chair in my room, next to my bed.

"How are you?" I get out of bed little by little.

"What happened?" I ask, putting my hand on my forehead.

"You passed out after meeting your father." I had forgotten. True, yesterday I met my father, who happens to be Mycroft's brother. Mycroft is really my uncle. Why had it been hidden from me all this time? Ah, for my safety. But why? Had they also hidden it from my father?

"My head hurts." I feel like my head is being crushed.

"I'll bring you some medication." Mycroft comes with a pill and a glass of water, and I take it. "Today he will come to pick you up. You will go with him." I put the glass of water on the nightstand.

"Really? To live?"

"I suppose so. He is your father, and from now on he will take care of you." I think it might be good. I will no longer have to be locked in a house, and I can visit London, go to school, make friends ...

"What time is he coming?" Mycroft looks at the clock.

"He must be here by now. I'll let you change and collect your things." Mycroft goes upstairs and I change my clothes. I collect everything and put it in my suitcase. I fix my hair and go upstairs. Sherlock is talking to Mycroft, but they stop talking when they see me.

"Come on, Aurora. We're going home." Sherlock shakes my hand. I say goodbye to Mycroft and Sherlock and I are leaving in a taxi.

"You are my father. Wow." I'm actually glad to finally meet him, despite the circumstances.

"Yes, and you are my daughter."

"You didn't know you had a daughter until yesterday, did you? You got mad at Mycroft, I heard you scream at him."

"You are right. You know your life will change completely when you move to 221b, right? It won't be that boring anymore. By the way, you will meet John, Rosie and Mrs. Hudson. They are my friends."

"Really? Who are they?" I ask surprised.

"John is my best friend. Rosie is John's daughter, and her mother died when she was very little. And Mrs. Hudson is the landlady." I watch Sherlock sneakily. He is identical to me, only our style is different. In that sense I am more like my mother. He is a little mysterious, but I like him.

We arrive at 221b and Mrs. Hudson greets us. She is a very kind and friendly old lady. I look around and see that the floor is very different from Mycroft. The floor is disgusting. There are bullet holes in the wall and a smiling face is painted on it.

"I would not recommend you sit there," says a short man with a child by his side. "Sherlock is used to shooting at the wall when he is bored. By the way, I'm John. She's Rosie." Sherlock shoots at the wall? Hahaha.

"Nice to meet you, John. Hi Rosie." I smile at Rosie and she smiles shyly at me too, and hides behind John. "Where will I sleep?" I ask.

"Good question. Well, there is no room for another one, so you can sleep in my bed. I will sleep on the sofa." John opens his eyes and laughs.

"He won't last long sleeping there." I really don't care if I sleep in his bed. As long as I have room to sleep ...

"You'll see that I will sleep on the couch. You won't pretend to sleep in your bed, do you?" Sherlock laughs, but John doesn't.

"By the way Sherlock, give her what you have to give her." John changes the subject, he's uncomfortable with what Sherlock said a moment ago.

"Oh yeah, right. Aurora, this is for you." Sherlock gives me a phone. Is for me! A mobile. I am very grateful and I give him a hug of thanks. "When you go to school you will need it."

"I will go to school?" I jump with emotion. I have always wanted to go to school.

"Yep. Tomorrow we will go to enroll you in the closest school." I am very excited. I can finally lead a normal life and not be hidden and locked up.

I set up my things in Sherlock's room and put the suitcase away.

"Do you wear makeup?" Sherlock looks at me with wide eyes.

"Sometimes when I get bored," he laughs, but is shocked at the situation.

"Aurora, listen to me. I am a detective, and as you know, detectives sometimes have to solve cases and many times they are dangerous. At least some cases are. Still, would you like to help John and me solve them? But don't worry, when there is some danger, we will send you home. Do you agree? "I cannot believe what he is proposing. And so much that I want! Detectives have always caught my attention, but my mother always kept that topic away from me. Now I know why.

"Sure! I'd love to solve crimes," I tell him. He smiles, claps his hands, and goes to the living room.
