4. Did I Lose You?

I called Matt Richardson since we needed to get to know each other better and I needed someone to talk to.

“Hiya matt.”

“Oh hi Caroline”

“You busy?”

“No are you?”

“Do you want to go out for a meal? No where fancy! And it’s not a date...it’s so we can get to know each other better.”

“Yeah ok, I’ll pick you up at 6”

“Ok bye matt see you then”

“Bye”

I quickly got a shower, since i smelt like Olly. My neck was all red still so i had to try and find a turtle neck top or dress. I found a black and white halter neck crop top so it covered all the love bites. I threw on a pair of black leggings and some black heels. I dried my hair and did my makeup just in time. I had just finished putting a necklace on when the doorbell went.

“Hi, wow you look hot.”Matt smiled.

“Thanks matt...” I smiled

He opened the door of the passenger side of his car so I could get in. 

“Such a gentleman I”I smiled again. He walked around the car to get in himself.

“Where do you want to go then?” He asked.

“Not really bothered...I’m not a classy girl” I replied truthfully.

“Pizza hut then.”

“Are we 13 going on a first date? Let’s go to pizza express.”

“Fine flack!”  He laughed while starting the ignition.

The radio came on, it was Dear Darlin'. I had to force myself not to cry at our past memories. 

“You alright Caroline?” Matt asked when we stopped at a red light.

“I’m fine.” I lied. 

“Your obviously not! You have tears running down your cheeks...oh shit its cos this is olly isn't it? Didn't you fall out?”

I had to tell him the truth now...

“Right...I’ll tell you truth Matt since we’re going to be together all the time and you’re probably going to see texts from Olly popping up on my phone. Me and Olly fell out at Dermot’s 40th didn't we?” He nodded since her was there. “Right, today he showed up at my front door saying that he was sorry and that he wanted to have sex with me again, i played along and we did have sex twice...but at four just before i rang you he left since his girlfriend was wondering where he was...” I started crying again.

 “So basically he cheated on Katy?”

“Yes...but him and Katy haven't got along too well in this past few weeks, she thinks that when he's on tour  I'm there with him...”

“But you’re not?” I shuck my head.

We arrived at a quiet pizza express on the outskirts of London. We were halfway through our pizzas  got a text, when I got a text my phone was out on the table, so Matt saw the text before i did. Olly’s name on my phone is names Darlin, since he calls me Darlin but i think Matt knew who it was straight away.

“Olly?” Matt looked up, I nodded. “Read it Caz...” Matt continued.
