Y/n sat on the couch calmly, phone in hand and dried paint on her right cheek. "Thanks for helping me paint my room." I said as I sat besides her, sighing with relief. "You're welcome. It was fun." She said and gave me a smile that melted my heart. I placed my hand on her cheek and rubbed my thumb gently over the dried paint. Y/n placed a hand on my hand and said,"You look so cute when you're calm." I smiled and took my hand away.

I laid in Elijah's arms that night, him half asleep as his arms wrapped protectively around me. I smiled. I was glad that I was in Elijah's arms, and not someone else's.

My hands were on Elijah's hands that rested on my stomach and I watched the movie in silence. I could hear Elijah breathing softly and could feel his chest raise and fall.

A kissing scene came on and I chuckled to myself.

When I was younger, maybe like ten or eleven, I was disgusted by the thought of putting my mouth even close to a man's mouth. When scenes came on, I would look at my mum in disgust.

She would chuckle and say,"You're going to do that one day, and you won't think it's disgusting. In fact, it will be one thing that you will smile about when you meet a boy, when you remember the way he first kissed you."

I smiled, remembering years back in high school, that day that Elijah and I nearly kissed, if it wasn't for Sub that knocked on the door.

Good old Sub. I wonder how he's doing. And Alex. And Denis. I haven't heard of them since high school. I know that all three of them have YouTube channels, but that doesn't show me that they are doing fine behind the camera.

"Elijah." I whispered. He grunted, still awake. "Is Sub, Alex and Denis still alright?" I asked. "Yeah...they doing well. Their YouTube channels are doing great." Elijah mumbled. "That's good...sorry for asking all of a sudden." I said. "Not a problem. I was just about to ask you if you were sleeping." Elijah said and I smiled. "Thank you." I said. "For what?" Elijah asked. "For being Elijah Peter Best." Elijah chuckled and said,"Thank you for being Y/n L/n, one of the best women in the world, right next to my mom." I smiled and we laid on silence, Elijah falling asleep once again.

Elijah...he is one of a kind. I still don't understand how he didn't get a girlfriend during the three years. He is such an amazing guy. I am glad that I am with him, and not Gabriel.

The truth is, I myself, wasn't too happy in my relationship with Gabriel. It felt amazing to be in a relationship. It felt amazing to be in someone's arms, but after I met Elijah again, old and hidden feelings came out again.

I am not saying that I would have cheated on Gabriel with Elijah, I wouldn't do anyone that dirty. Besides, Elijah was too much of a sweet boy that he wouldn't allow me to kiss his cheek if I was still with Gabriel, and if I thought of doing such a thing.

Elijah made me laugh, more than Gabriel had done in quite a while. He made me feel relaxed. He made me feel happy and he showed me that I was good enough when I thought I wasn't. Elijah is such a sweet and lovable guy, and that's why I love him.

I hope that we can stay together through thick and thin, and be together forever. And here I thought I'd never think or say anything like that. Elijah Best, he changes a person, he makes them better. That is why I love him.

The End.
