Now we all talk about Tamlin as a tool for what he did to Feyre but now stay with me I have a point here but why do we really hate him. And DONT hate me for this it's just another side of the story!
So he sat by and watched her be tortured, he had his WHOLE COURT on the line! Not to mention her suffering would and could save the WHOLE of Prythian including our Rhysand!
Yes, I am not denying that he locked Feyre up but that was only because he loved her and wouldn't see her hurt, if Rhys thought it was the best thing for her he would lock her up too, not to mention Tamlin was under A LOT of pressure from his whole court as it was falling apart and needed re-building! He had to spend more time on his city and would have cared about Feyre after which I know sounds like a bunch of shi# but it's probably what was going through his head.
He left Feyre to suffer and throw up at night! Yes! But he had his own nightmares and they were probably about under the mountain and what happened to Feyre and how he didn't want it to happen again and put her through that again! He wanted to see strong and seeing her throw up would make him throw up from nightmares and things and he wanted to seem strong! It's obvious his nightmares were about not keeping her safe! That's why when he woke up he guarded the bed! Imagine how bad they must have gotten when she left!
His temper tantrums were just a way to get out his fear and sadness and regret ect.
He sided with Hybern. To get her back! He would do ANYTHING for her, to get her back because he thought she was with 'the scary horrible, tortures for fun High Lord if the night court!" Who was a Demadi and could meld minds for his pleasure!
Is Tamlin a tool? HELL YAS! but if you look a little closer then do! You may see something you don't like but you may also see that he had his reasons no matter how twisted!
