It's been a few hours and I'm waiting again. Larito is gone and I'm starting to feel uneasy. I've got one last tablet in my hand. The other half a tablet won't be much use and I don't want to prolong it anymore.

I haven't slept in days. They'll be coming for me soon. I popped the final tablet Larito gave to me into my mouth and counted the 29 minutes I had left. We realised the tablets have been taking less of an effect each time today.

I'm thinking about Larito again now. He wouldn't want me to, but I am. He was a great friend.

I turn my phone on to see I probably only have about a single minute left.

I'm still in the warehouse in the same place I was when Larito disappeared. The door screeches open and a girl walks in. My eyes have been open so long my memory of anything before we found the Blink is gone.

"Lync! Where have you been? I found my way back from the Blink-" she stopped and frowned. "Where's Larito?"

I vaguely remember her. Sort of. I think she's my sister or friend or something. "Gone."

"He's not dead. The Blinks aren't dangerous! They're just-" She disappeared. Either my mind was playing tricks on me as I turned to madness or the Blink found her.
