I'm getting kind of used to this format now. Someone comes, gives me something, whether it's a gift or riddle, and then I spend the next hour waiting and thinking about whatever it is. Time to give the latest riddle a go. Surely this would be the one to explain it clearly.
"The task for you,
That lies ahead,
May be your doom,
Or deathbed."

Since you can't bare it,
When it cries. "
Sounds like something out of Harry Potter. Weren't those screaming plants called mandrakes or something?
"So save your ears,
Books will help,
To stop some tears,
And a yelp."
Nine seriously needs to get a better imagination. This is me assuming he actually made this up obviously.
That's the end of the riddle though and I still have not a clue what the task The Blink has planned is. I've only got two hours and thirty-nine minutes left to figure it out...
