That must be a mixture to slow or stop time. Some kind of recipe or something. I think I remember Larito trying to make something like this a few years ago...

Maybe The Blink is a person. Maybe they have my 'friends', whoever that is referring to, as motivation to complete the task. Trust me, I'm not sure I need anymore.
"So listen clear,

Is that The Blink's way of saying "do it with no questions asked or your 'friends' will die"?
