I smile too much. It's pointed out to me often. I guess before Casey I really didn't smile apparently. He's been sleeping at my apartment instead of Kayle's for a little while. I can't help but fall for this man a little more each day. He has an obnoxious amount of energy and barely stops moving and its hilarious. We cohabit very well together.
"Wipe the drool off your face." Conner bumped into my arm pulling me out of my daze as I stood at the nurse's desk.
"I don't want to."
"Magic Mike crew?"
"Just all things...ugh." I shook my head and walked around the sit at the desk. "Go away." He laughed.
"Never, ever. He's been staying at your place. Have you two?" He wiggled his eye brows.
"No, we have not, and I enjoy just getting to know him."
"Gosh you are a prude."
"Conner!" He shrugged his shoulders.
"What it isn't a bad thing, I mean it is for you not knowing what that man feels like...you know." I slapped my forehead and knew I was blushing hard.
"Oh, god how did you break her today?" Megan came up with her arms full of files.
"I didn't break her, just after she told us about how big he must be, she still hasn't jumped on it."
"CONNER!" He was laughing this time and Megan sat down next to me.
"Damn, I need to see this man." I shook my head.
"I'm not letting him come here while Conner is working."
"She's right to do that. I'd pull him into a closet." Conner shrugged and walked away. I threw my hands over my face again and felt my phone vibrate.
Casey - 😉
Me – Too good for words now?
Casey – I only emoji people I like.
Me – So that's meant for Conner then?
Casey – Oh damn.
Me – I'll show him, it will so help the crush he has on you.
Casey – Please don't.
Me – hahahahaha
Casey – What are you doing tonight?
Me – You know making dinner for this handsome dude, hopeful that he'll show up at my door again.
Casey – Well shit that fucks up my plans. Guess I'm coming over guns blazing.
Me – You're so stupid.
Casey – Step up from Neanderthal.
Me – Lol barely.
Casey – Movie night?
Me – Couldn't think of anything better.
Casey – What time are you done? I'll pick up food.
Me – I have an hour left.
Casey – Perfect, I'm heading to the apartment now.
Me - 😊
Casey – See you soon 😉
