"Well," Thalia started, "she was being beaten in her home by her father. I broken in to save her and shot the abusive d-"
"Thalia," I state, stopping her crude language. She rolls her eyes and keeps talking.
"And I shot him in the back with one of my harmless stun arrows." She finishes with a sigh, tired of telling the tragic tale.
"What's her name?" Chiron asks, hopeful for more details of the now-healing young girl.
"Jazmine," we hear a voice behind us and are surprised to see Piper.
"How do you know her name?"
"Her dad was in a movie with my dad," Piper shrugs, "why is she here?"
Thalia opens her mouth to respond when a son of Apollo barge into the room.
"She's awake!"
