Chapter 24: Caught

Mark slowly walked out holding the acid with Nate behind him,  they could see Dark standing Mark said "All right here goes nothing. " And he threw the acid at Dark, all of a sudden, Dark screamed and disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Mark said "It worked. " And they slowly made his way around the corner and snuck back into the lab, grabbed the acid off of the shelf and snuck out, and ran right into Sean who said "What are you two doing out here? " Nate said "What are you doing out here? " Mark said "What the hell happened to you? " Sean said "Anti went to find Dark and it gave me an opportunity to escape." Mark said "Dark's  gone. " Sean said "What? " Nate said "Acid." Sean said "Okay, let's back up here, what do you mean Dark's gone? " Nate said "We used acid to destroy him." Sean said "Didn't see that coming, wait where are the girls and Matthew? " Nate and Mark's eyes went wide. Sean said "YOU LEFT THEM? " Nate said "Maybe." Sean sighed and said "Okay, you guys take care of getting rid of Natemare, Anti and Madpat, I'll go stay with the girls. "And Sean ran back down the hallway and knocked on the door. Steph said "Who is it? " Sean said "Sean."  Steph opened the door and said "Hey." Sean said "Hey, how's Matt? " Gab said "The same. " Sean  sighed and said "Great, I really hope Mark and Nate figure out something." Meanwhile, Mark walked down the hallway with Nate next to him. and they heard more footsteps, Mark grabbed Nate and pushed him against the wall, Anti walked by without noticing him. Mark and Nate let out a sigh of relief. Nate said "Thanks." Mark said "Don't mention it man. " Mark said "Okay, let's go."  Mark and Nate slowly snuck into the lab, Mark said "Nate, keep watch. " Nate nodded his head and said"Got It."and peeked out the door, Mark walked around looking for anything he could find and then he found something Bingo He thought, and walked out of the lab. Nate said "What did you find? " Mark said "This." And handed Nate a tube and said "Don't drop it or spill any on yourself. " Nate said "Do you really think I'm that stupid?" Mark said "Just be careful." And they slowly snuck out where standing at the end of the hallway was Natemare who smiled at them and said "Where do you two think you're going? "
