009 "julia sue bryant" !

Jules slowly got out of her chair, trying to control her heavy breathing. her anxiety was through the roof as she followed the doctor out of the exam room, into the hallway.

They passed by numerous doors and elevators before they reached a metal door. Jules, still holding avani's hand, looked in her direction, eyes as big as a doe in headlights. Avani squeezed the girl's hand in a reassuring way for the fourth time today. Doctor Garcia took a key out of her pocket and quickly unlocked the tall door.

The two girls made their way inside the room while the doctor went somewhere else. inside the room was a huge machine, kinda doughnut shaped, which scared the crap out of Jules. Doctor Garcia

"Jules, i'm going to need you to take this please" The doctor handed her two pills and a glass of water

"w- what for?" Jules stuttered

"it'll make you sleepy a little, making it easier to do the scan without you moving"

Jules obeyed and swallowed the pills while taking a big gulp of water with her shaky hands. her palms were sweaty and her breathing was uneven, her anxiety was getting the best of her. Jules was scared of those big ass machines.

"Jules" avani muttered

"Jules listen to me beb" the girl ignored her again

"Julia Sue Bryant, listen to me" the girl gave in and turned in the shorter girl's direction

"it'll be fine, think about your sisters, your dad, Jaden, think about me okay? we're all worried about you, but we know that whatever is going on is going to be okay eventually, you get that bebe? we're all here for you no matter what, it's okay, we'll be okay." Avani breathed out, worried for the girl who was getting worked up over probably nothing.

Jules didn't say anything, she simply hugged her best friend, getting emotional. Avani parted from the hug slowly, smiling softly at her.

"Now go! doctor Garcia is waiting for you!" Jules got up and quickly made her way to the doctor, who witnessed the whole scene, a soft grin on her face.

"now shall we get started Jules?"
