"Did you ever eat breakfast?"

Taehyung glanced up from his camera to see Yoongi in the doorway. Taehyung had been taking photos of the bar out of boredom, his flash giving enough light to make it lit up. Yoongi stood there with his lantern that he hadn't let go of since this morning.

"That's a nice looking camera you've got there." Yoongi was now looking down.

Taehyung nodded. "I started off with a two-hundred dollar camera in high school."

Yoongi's eyes grew wide at hearing that. When he was in high school, he was saving up his money to go to college. Which.. Yoongi doesn't really know exactly what Taehyung does..

"Do you work?" He asked.

Taehyung scoffed as if it was the most noticeable thing ever. "I'm one of the head photographers at J&J." He looked at Yoongi, who just lit up with some expression. Taehyung had always been proud of his job. He had a right to be. His job meant everything to him.

"Jin-hyung's company?" Yoongi asked. "J&J Photography and Modeling?" He leaned against the doorway. Taehyung nodded. Kim Seokjin is the CEO of the modeling part.. Jeon Jungkook is over the photography part.

  Yoongi knows Kim Seokjin?

"Yep." Taehyung set his camera down against his chest, the strap around his neck keeping it in place as he stood up to face Yoongi.

"I know Jin and Jungkook!" Yoongi was sort of surprised that Taehyung worked there. "I went to school with Jin-hyung and I met Jungkookie not too long ago." He smiled. "It's kind of cool that you work there."

Taehyung sort of cringed at the name "Jungkookie" and how he's so used to hearing CEO Seokjin— which Seokjin wanted to be called. But, Yoongi seemed to say their names like that so easily. It feels weird and different.

"Jungkookie?" He chuckled.

Yoongi pouted. "It's a cute nickname." He crossed his arms. "Whatever, let's just go get the food." He waited for Taehyung to walk before he turned around and lead the way.

"For dinner.." Yoongi set his lantern down on the kitchen counter. "Hope you don't mind steak— because steak, chicken and beef for hamburgers is all that's really here."

Taehyung wouldn't have minded a good hamburger, but steak sounded good as well.

"Steak is fine." He said. "But I'm not the most amazing cook or anything."

Yoongi chuckled. "Don't have to be." He laid out the steak on the counter and looked up at Taehyung. "So, what side dish do you want? I saw vegetables somewhere around here.."

Taehyung hummed. "All I saw was a bunch of green beans and I think corn, if I'm not mistaken." He opened a cabinet and tilted his head at the different things he saw.

Yoongi was busy taking out the steaks and putting them into plates, so Taehyung just grabbed the green beans and walked back towards him. He placed them next to Yoongi, not saying a word as he watched him season the steaks and getting them ready.

"You a chef or something?"

Yoongi chuckled. "More like journalist."

Taehyung nodded his head, letting the silence take over once again. He used to watch his parents cook things like this, but as he watched Yoongi, he grew more excited at the fact that he was finally going to have a home cooked meal.

"So," Tae shifted on his feet. "What kind of journalist are you, exactly?" He asked.

Yoongi looked up from the steaks and his eyes met Taehyung's. Nobody ever really asks about his job, so he wasn't sure where to start.
