11. Crazy Things Happen

1950. 1. 20, 2:33 am.

Natasha could feel a bullet go past her left arm. She slowly fell to the ground.

Too many people were on the ground, because of her. The rest were pointing their guns at her. Only 5 people were left.
Then someone grabbed her hand.
It was Bucky.
He gestured the left soldiers to put their guns down, as he pick up his own.

The soldiers scurried away, since they knew Bucky was the strongest among them, and already 10 were on the ground because of Natasha.

They were smart enough to know, because 15 wasn't enough, 5 never will be.

It was now 2:36 am, still very dark.
All that happened in just 30 minutes.

Natasha and Bucky continued their way to the small door in the back of the lab's property.
Silence.
The only sound they could both hear was the footsteps making in the snow. Natasha broke the silence.

"Tell me what happened in the 4 years"

"..."

Natasha stopped walking.
"TELL ME WHY YOU HAD TO LEAVE ME AND WHAT YOU DID."

"Listen." Bucky grabbed both of Natasha's arms. "I will eventually tell you- not in here. So keep on walking."

The he started walking again.

Natasha sighed.
She wondered that would happen in their relationship after they went outside of the lab. Would they never, ever see each other again?
Or will they.....start a new relationship, just like before?

'Even if we do so, it wouldn't be so peaceful.' Natasha thought to herself.

She also failed her order to assassin the Winter Soldier, who turned out to be Bucky.
Instead of killing him already, she was holding his hands.

"Oh my goodness. T...This is just crazy..." Natasha sighed, under her breath, so small that only herself could hear the words.
