A few days have passed and Hünkar and Ali Rahmet have been trying to make the most of every moment they find to spend together and have enjoyed each other's company. Their evenings consisted of drinking cups of coffee and long talks, where they talked about everything, sometimes he dedicated poetry while she listened calmly and sometimes she spoke about her life and he listened carefully and when they had nothing to talk about, they
simply enjoyed being with each other.
Day by day their past love had begun to blossom, it was clearly evident, that the essence of that love had not disappeared. Their love was intact all this time but they just needed to give life to that buried love and they have dedicated themselves to shower that love every day and make it grow.
Fast forward a few days, things at the Yaman's were apparently going very well. The relationship between Hünkar and Züleyha was improving, Demir loving his mother more and more and both working side by side and taking their empire forward, Haminne as always brightening Hünkar's day with her presence and her only most faithful confidant, while with Adnan, she fell more and more in love with him daily and enjoyed spending time with him.
2 days ago, the Yamans were offered a business offer from an european company. At first they were both unsure, but in the end Hünkar decided to convince Demir to give the offer a chance. He agreed and decided to meet with the investor in Istanbul. And he also decided to take Züleyha and Adnan, so they could accompany him too.
So they started packing for their days away from home.
[After a few hours, they are ready to leave.]
Demir: Are you sure you don't want to join us?
Hünkar: Yes, I'm pretty sure. Merak etme! I will be fine. [smiles while holding his hand.]
Demir: But still, it would have been nice to have you with us.
Hünkar: If we all leave, who is going to take care of the mansion and the company? It's alright, I will stay here. And besides, you three need to spend time alone too.
Demir: Tamam anne, as you wish. Please take care of yourself.
[points at Gaffur and says to him.] And you make sure everything around is safe while am not here.
Hünkar: Now go, it's getting late.
Züleyha: [kisses her hand.] Bye, take care!
Hünkar: You too. [smiles at her.]
Demir: [hugs Hünkar.] Goodbye, I will miss you very much.
Hünkar: [kisses his cheek.] I will too canım. Good luck!
[hugs Adnan and kisses him.] Ayy! I will miss you too a lot, have fun.
[They all leave.]
Now Hünkar was alone and she knew that it was the best opportunity for her to be able to spend more time with Ali Rahmet. So as usual, she called him and asked him to meet her. She told Raci to take her to the usual place. When she arrived, she get to know that they were not going to have coffee today, instead Fekeli was going to take her to a place where he had to show her something.
She wondered where they were going but remained patient and waited until they arrived.
He took her for a walk in the woods, which he felt would do them both good. She, of course, was happy that he took a new initiative. It has been a long time since their love had begun to blossom and they had done nothing together apart from drinking coffee every day and discussing problems between their children.
[They are holding hands while walking.]
Ali Rahmet: This was what we needed. Isn't it?
Hünkar: Exactly what we needed, I was waiting for this. Walking through the forest helps me feel so much at peace. [looks at him, smiles and says.] And I like it more if I am with you.
Ali Rahmet: [smiles at her.] I do too. I enjoy every second I spend with you. [kisses her hand.]
After a while, it was getting dark so they decided to go back, before it gets late.
The road was a little long to get home and it was clearly going to take time. As they drove home, it was already dark. Later, they find themselves in the middle of nowhere, a bit "lost".
Hünkar: So, what now? [sighs.]
Ali Rahmet: Ah ah, merak etme. We will be fine!
Hünkar: Yes, of course. [says sarcastically.]
Ali Rahmet: Trust me, we will be fine, totally.
Is just a matter of finding some place to spend the night and that's it.
Hünkar: [surprised.] You said- SPEND THE NIGHT?
Ali Rahmet: Of course, what else can we do? Stay in the car? And let the night pass by?
We need to find a safe place nearby, there's no other option. If we stay in the car, we will be wasting all the fuel. And how will we return then? We have to wait until the sun rises, so we can find the way home. Alright?
Hünkar: Yeah yeah, fine! Whatever..[saying not very sure.]
Ali Rahmet: Ok then, let's search for a place.
They followed the road and started to search everywhere for a safe place to stay. In a distance, they saw a cottage, clearly inhabited. So they decided to go there as it seemed to be a safe and good place.
Hünkar: So this is it, I suppose. [looking very closely the cottage.]
Ali Rahmet: Yeah, I am pretty sure it is. [convinced.]
Hünkar: It's raining heavily but we have to get out before it gets worse.
Ali Rahmet: Alright, I will step out first and I will go for you.
[he steps out and takes his coat. Then Hünkar opens her door and he takes her under his coat.]
They both entered and found warm sheets and even clothes inside the cottage, also a place to change clothes. Hünkar evidently wanted to change her clothes before she gets sick, so she gave him an indicative look, meaning she needed him to turn around.
Hünkar: [coughs.] Can you please...
Ali Rahmet: [laughs.] But you will be behind the curtains!
Hünkar: [gives him the death stare] I said, turn around!
Ali Rahmet: [gets serious.] Ok ok, fine.
[Turns around hesitantly.]
She began to remove her clothes and change. She first took off her coat and unbuttons her shirt, not realising that her lover is secretly watching. She wore the nightwear that was available. She then was about to take off her hair clip when she turns around and sees that Ali Rahmet is glancing at her.
Hünkar: So..you were watching all the time! I must have guessed it, right? [rolls her eyes.]
Ali Rahmet: [laughs.] What can I say! I tried but...[scratches his head.] It's you.
Hünkar: [trying to take off her hair clip but gets stuck.]
Ali Rahmet: Let me help you with that.
[gets closer to her.]
Hünkar: [hesitant.] Don't worry, I- [gets interrupted.]
Ali Rahmet: I said, I will help you.
Hünkar: Why so?
Ali Rahmet: No questions, I suggest. [laughs.]
They stare into each other's eyes, their eyes are shining and the desire for each other is being noticed.
She brings her face closer and looks at his lips, he understood the gesture. He gently kiss her and she just got away with the moment.
This was, for them, the time of their lives. Their first kiss, after so many years, he missed her scent and she missed his too.
While the night was passing, it was writing their love story and the only witness was the night itself and no one else.
The dark and calm night was passing, with a different aura around and the stars shining bright while their were getting LOST IN THE DARK.
