Joshua's POV:
I heard a window rattle in the lounge room, where Abi was sleeping. I tried to shake it off but it was really bothering me! I was curious so I got out of bed to go check. When I got into the lounge room, I couldn't see Abi. I screamed out for Colleen and she came running in. None of us said anything. We just ran outside and into the car. We saw a man running down the road with a young girl in him arms. She was knocked out!
"Josh, I think..." She started, "I think that's Abi!".
Since Colleen was driving the car, I hopped out so I could try chase him. But, he was too fast.
I jumped back into the car, Colleen started to cry.
"Baby, it's gonna be okay!" I said, trying to reassure her.
"It was all my fault!" Colleen said.
"No it wasn't! We couldn't have prevented it so stop blaming yourself! We're going to switch seats, make our way back home, and while where driving your gonna call the police! Got it?" I shouted. She nodded.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you!" I said. She smiled, but I could tell she was blaming herself on the inside.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
