I imagined Bill Skarsgard as Rowan, so I guess this is sort of a fanfic. Except Bill is playing a character. This story does deal with some trauma so just a warning. Read Part 1 through 3 first to avoid spoilers!!!
In the finale of this 4 part serie...
Carter sighed. "Okay, I'm really uncomfortable about you going alone, but if it's what you feel you need to do."
Rowan nodded, "My family and friends need to be watched over. Just in case she has others with her."
"She most likely will," said Carter. He walked over to him and put his hands on Rowan's shoulders, "I'm glad you're a part of our family. Good luck."
Rowan had decided he should chase Tina down himself. Since she was trying to gather old fashioned vampires, it was very likely she wasn't going to return to Nightwing city alone. He also figured being alone with her would better his chances at trying to manipulate her.
Carter and Skylar were going to watch the Hayes family and protect them. Gio and Elijah were going to watch over his dad (Rowan was hoping he would be planning to leave the city by now). Morgan was going to be a floater, but stay in hearing range of Rowan in case he needed help (Vampires could hear a couple miles distance).
Everyone wished Rowan luck, and Carter and Skylar flew off. Morgan ran up to Rowan and kissed him.
"I'll be close if you need me," she said as she embraced him.
"Don't be too close," he responded, "She'll see you. I'll call for you if I need help."

They held each other for a long time, until it was time to finally let go.
"Alyssa is with you," she said. That made Rowan smile. She stood back with Elijah and Gio, and flew off with them, leaving him alone.
It was 4am in the city of Nightwing. Tina flew across the sky with 16 new vampires next to her. She gazed down at the city she knew was hers, all the houses that homed those tiny, weak humans.
"Get used to it boys," she said, "This is our city. You're gonna grow here."
All the boys she had turned were criminals and under 30. Young men was what she liked after all, and these boys proved themselves worthy of a vampire life since they were all criminals.
"You can rape and murder all you want," she said to them, "But as we talked before, make sure you slowly kill Ethan Miller and Mia Hayes first. I gave you their scents. I want my step son to suffer more. Then, slowly kill off his wife."
"Oh I'll do more than kill her, while he watches." Said one of the new guys.
Tina grinned. She sent them all off to split up as she flew towards the church Mr. Hayes preached at. She landed in the bell tower. She couldn't see the whole city, but she could see the residence areas where Ethan and Mia lived. She wanted to watch her army murder those people, and since it was a full moon, she felt like she could take out the whole city, which was their plan for the next couple nights. She was proud of her accomplishment, knowing that Rowan was going to hurt watching everyone he loved die. Then she would be the only thing familiar left to him. He would have to submit to her.
