It took quite a while to hit.
The feeling is not like the shock you get when you encounter a spider or when your friend says she's tired of being your friend.
To be honest,
I'm not sure if it hit quite yet.
There are all of these numbers and rules and life has been changed (fundamentally), for most of us. But somehow the chaos of the world right now has only reaffirmed fears I've always had.
And I love being right.

Even the initial panic was something strange.
I remember people talking about 1 case in the country. And the suddenly we were all being sent home. And suddenly we were all being locked in our homes.
And now, we're here.
