"Who are you?" they asked at the same time, Cole and I exchanged glances "Um, hi, I'm Sara Patton." I said, well if this isn't a good impression I don't know what is. Wait, you guys probably have no idea what's going on, so let me start from the beginning.

All I could hear was sirens, Goody! Belle smirked at me before strutting back to her house. I looked over to where Alice was standing, she glared at me as she brought her phone up to her ear "Hey mom... yes you hear sirens... no, I'm not hurt... just meet me at the County Jail, k?... Mmhmm bye." she rolled her eyes before glaring at me again. I smiled at her sheepishly before mouthing "sorry" she rolled her eyes again before going to sit at the curb, by now cop cars had arrived.
"Yeesh, it's not like we murdered someone, we just toilet papered their house." I mumbled to myself. "You do know that counts as violating somebody's private property, right?" Cole piped up. I turned to look at him "Know it all." I said while walking to one of the police cars. "And proud of it!" he called back, chuckling.
"Hold it right there, sir. You're also coming with us. You can get in the car with this young lady." a police officer told Cole, he strolled over to us before slumping in the car, I followed.
Alice called me "So I see you get to share the cop car with Mr. Hot Shot over there." I could practically hear the smirk while she talked, "Shut it, Alice." I retorted, all I could hear was her laugh before I hung up. I looked over to where Cole was sitting and he was staring at me "What?" I asked in an annoyed voice, he didn't answer, just chuckled and turned his head towards the window.
Before I knew it, we were at the County Jail. As soon as Alice got out of the car, her mom practically tackled her, Alice glared at me before walking with her mom to go do whatever. I was never gonna hear the end of this. I didn't see Jared anywhere, so I went to sit on a bench, Cole did the same. We sat in silence for a bit before I finally turned to him, "Why we're you at Belle's house so late?" he turned and smiled at me "Is someone jealous?" he raised his eyebrows, I could feel my cheeks turning pink, "No," I snapped "But, seriously, why were you there so late?" his eyes flickered away from mine, he opened his mouth to say something but at that moment two women popped through the door
"SARA PATTON" "COLE JACOBS" They both screed at the same time. "Aunt Allie!" I ran over and gave her a hug, afterwards she scolded me "Tell me what happened, NOW." She said, " Ok" I said and told her the story, starting from where Belle came down. She didn't interrupt once, that was one of my favorite things about her. Aunt Ally was my favorite aunt, and practically like My mom. She looked like a prettier, more grown up version of me. She had light brown hair that curled at the ends, sparkling green eyes and a dazzling smile. When I was finished, she got up and finally noticed Cole standing with his mom, it seems Mrs. Jacobs also notice me because they both walked over to the middle "Who are you?" they asked at the same time. Cole and I exchanged glances "Um, hi. I'm Sara Patton." I said, well if this isn't a good impression, then I don't know what is.
I smile meekly as I extended my hand, Mrs.Jacobs didn't take it so I slowly brought my hand back as Cole
said "Hi, ma'am, I'm Cole Jacobs! Sara's friend!" he smiled his killer smile, and confidently reached out his hand for Aunt Ally to shake. She politely took his hand and smiled back. At that moment, Jared came running in, he doubled over while trying to catch his breath. "Man... Aunt Ally... you're really... fast." he said in between breaths. Aunt Ally chuckled as I tried to suppress my laugh.
"So what did I miss?" he asked after he caught his breath. He looked from Cole to me and narrowed his eyes. "Now young lady! How many times have I told you he was bad news," he started "Hey, dad," I intervened before he could go into one of his lectures, "It's not his fault, this was all me." I told him, he backed down but continued glaring at Cole.
"Come on, hon. Lets go do whatever we have to do to leave." Aunt Ally said. Cole an his mom followed. I seriously thought she was going to take him by the ear and drag him. Cole continually tried to talk to me but, I just ignored him, I defiantly wasn't in the mood for talking to him right now. I still wanted to know why he was at Belle's house so late and why this kind of stuff always happens between me and him.
Alice was already gone so I stood in silence as as Aunt Ally worked everything out, as soon as I get home, I'm defiantly calling my girls.Sorry it's been so long! I've had this idea in my head for a while but I didn't have time to write because of mid-terms, yuck. Well anyways, @alexcupcakess and I decided that she is now my new co-author/picture editor and I'm the new co-author of her new book My Life Painted In Gold, you guys should go read it, it's really good and if you like this book, then you'll defiantly like that one. Well anyways I already have another idea in my head and since it's winter break I should be able to write more! Thanks for reading!
