It is three years later. Roya is 19, Arawn is 20, and Calypso and Andrel are both 17. King Nix retired and Roya is now Queen of Lyria.
Roya, Arawn, Calypso and Andrel were sitting in Roya's room. Roya had made Andrel her personal bodyguard and servant, although she hardly ever bossed him around. She mostly teased him as friends do, and he teased her back.
"Ooh, Calypso, my hand hurts," Roya said. "Could you look at it?"
Calypso sighed. "For the hundredth time, I know how beautiful it is! Quit flexing your wedding ring on us 24/7!"
Roya laughed and looked down at her pearl ring. Arawn and Roya has gotten married six months ago, and Roya still marveled at the simple beauty of her ring.
"Arawn, tell her to stop!" Calypso said.
"As King of Lyria, I command you to let the Queen do whatever she wants," was Arawn's automatic response whenever a Calypso asked him to tell Roya to stop.
Calypso sighed.
"They'll probably write a book about us," Andrel said.
"Yeah, probably. We only saved the entire world. It wasn't a big deal," Roya said.
"Yeah, by the way," Andrel said. "Let's never do that again."
"Agreed," they all said, laughing.
And so they lived like that for years and years and years, always together because they wanted to be. They never almost died again, never were picked up by talking tornados again, never summoned any more gods. They still had adventures, but nothing as grand as the journey that changed their lives and brought them together all that time ago. They literally lived happily ever after in peace.
