Chapter 6: Markiplier Manor

Becca's POV
"Why are we here?" Jack asks. I look around the room. The first thing that I notice is Jack's alter egos changing from business attire to their respective iconic outfits. Anti is wearing a black shirt, black jeans, black shoes, and is carrying his knife in a sheath connected to a utility belt. Henrik is back in his doctor's outfit, his surgeon's mask covering his nose and mouth. Chase is in an outfit similar to Jack's, but he is wearing his cap. Marvin dons his cat mask and cape. Jackieboy Man is in his full superhero costume. Jameson doesn't need to change his outfit; his blue vest and navy bowler hat fit perfectly in a business setting. I also notice that, because of the different time zones, it's already night.

"Well, Dark thought it would be a good idea to meet up here since this place is a lot closer to the Alcatraz Rehab Facility than your place, Jack," says a girl I don't recognize. She's wearing a black outfit and has brown hair and brown eyes. She walks up to me, extending a hand for me to shake, which I do. Ob goes back into my body.

"I'm Maria Lopez," she says. "Come on. There's something I want to show you." Maria leads me outside to the manor grounds. We walk for a bit until she stops in front of a headstone. It reads, "Maria Alexis Kennedy - March 14, 1906 - October 12, 1928". When I turn back to Maria, her eyes are a dark red.

"Hello, Shadow-dancer," she says. "I'm Alexis. That there's my gravesite, but, since Maria and I are inhabiting our original body, we decided to bury the one she was born in."

"Huh?" I ask, totally confused.

"Maria Lopez is my half-reincarnation," she explains. "I achieved it by splitting my soul in half and sending the half that eventually became Maria Lopez to be reincarnated." We head back inside only to come across a bit of a commotion.

"Wait a minute. What's she doing here?" Anti asks. We all turn and, in the doorway, stands... Celine?

"That's impossible!" Though she's suddenly standing next to me, I can still hear Ob's thoughts.

"After what we've been through, I think it's safe ta say that anythin's possible at this point," I reply.

"I knew you were going to show up," Celine explains. Her voice seems a bit... off.

"How did ya know we were gonna be here? Also, WHY are ya here?" Ob doesn't seem to trust Celine. I have a funny feeling that I know why. I, too, feel that someone here is a spy for Antimatter. And that Maria and Alexis aren't actually here.

"I just knew, I guess," Celine explains.

"Hold on a minute," Henrik says. "How can ve be certain zhat ve can trust you?"

"Well, you're going to need my help if you want to get in - and out - alive," Celine says.

"I have an idea!" Marvin chimes in. "Why don't I use my magic ta teleport us ta the island? I've found a spot that isn't on their radar."

"That's a great idea!" Celine exclaims. And with that, we are all teleported to the location that Marvin had picked out. Unfortunately, we aren't alone...
