We all of course had to leave Asher behind, we all felt happy to leave yet there was a hole in our hearts. The alpha male who was still alive was waiting for us at a snow bank.
The leftovers of the army were directly behind him. But it seemed that they were not the only wolf pack awaiting us.
"Shasta?" a wolf said from the crowd. I sniffed the air,
"Father!!!" I cried running to him. He was there with all the other wolves of my pack. End, Flame, Dawn, Eclipse, and Nate ran to greet as well.
The others felt unconnected to our pack and stayed back to wait. My father was in tears,
"I love you dear one, I should have never disgraced you." he said putting his head to mine.
"What will we do now father, go back home as a pack?" I asked him. He smiled,
"It looks like you have your own pack now." he chured. I looked at him in shock, but when I looked back I saw End, Flame, Nate, Dawn, Eclipse, Blizzard, Spike, Slash, Storm, and even Zaire looking at me proudly.
That's when I knew, I had my own pack now and no one could change that.
