Chapter 11 Wrong

(Andrea's POV)

My brother and I were on our way out of the pack house, when we saw a big wolf running rounds, around the perimeter

"Something is wrong" Andrew said to me

"Crixus" I whispered

"We have to find Crixus" his head snapped in my direction

We ran back in the house and went out through the front door

We ran into the woods, following Crixus' scent

We quickly changed into our wolf forms and ran

As we were running one way, the other wolves were running the opposite way

They were going towards the Pack house

We still had the scent of a rogue, so they didn't realize who we were

They were going to attack our pack

Something in me grew

It was anger

They were going to try to harm our people

I snarled as we ran deeper into the woods

'Where are you?' I whispered to myself

All thoughts of leaving were gone and the only thing I could think of was my mate

I stopped running in the midst of all the mayhem, and took a deep breath

I blocked out all of the noise around me and just listen for his heartbeat

There it was Crixus' heart beat, he was scared, as scared as we were

I started running again, my brother by my side

I followed the sound of his heart. I stopped, when I saw him. In the distance, he wasn't running. He was starring at something

I could see it in the way that his body tensed up

He was horrified, as he stared at something behind my brother and I

I didn't look towards what he was starring at. All I did was run towards him

I jumped on top of him, licking his face

He was going to push me off, but then he looked into my eyes and knew that it was me

He was in his human form, he wrapped his arms around me, pulling me against him

I was going to turn into my human form, but my brother just circled around us growling

He was protecting us against something

My mate, pulled me behind him, and stood in front of my brother

Started transforming himself into his wolf

I could hear his bones cracking and snapping as he transformed into an over sized black wolf

If I hadn't of known he was my mate, I would have been petrified of him. If he had not been holding me just hours before, I would have thought he were a monster

His fur was black as night, and his eyes were bright red

He was growling and snarling him, ready to kill anything and everything to protect us

I looked beyond my mate and the wolf challenging him and saw what my mate was so scared of

There was a small wolf, he couldn't be older than nine or ten, lying on the ground, his insides were spread out on the ground

The rogue had been eating the little wolf

I howled out in pain

I then realized who the wolf was

I recognized him from when Andrew had escape the cell we were in

He was one of the many wolves, that had been running around playing with his friends

He was just a pup

My brother realize what I was staring at and also howled

My heart clenched and I felt rage build up inside me

I snarled and got ready to charge, but I heard someone growl from behind me and I couldn't deny that I had chills growing all over me

It was familiar, but I didn't know from where

The wolf charged towards us, when I thought that it would attack us, the wolf jumped over us and protected it's Alpha

I didn't realize that it was Gabriel, Crixus' Beta

Crixus and Gabriel circled around us, protectively

Just as the rogue was going to run towards us, we all heard a loud howl

The rogue's ears perked up his head extended up, smelling the air

When I thought that he was going to attack, he ran the opposite way

Something must have happened for them all to just run away

As it ran, I saw Crixus nod his head towards the wolf

Gabriel nodded and turned his head, bowing

Crixus turned back into his human form and walked up towards my brother and I

He wrapped either arm around our necks, hugging us tightly

"I was so worried" he sighed

My brother and I also turned back

"Sorry" I whispered

He chuckled and shook his head

"Let's go home" he asked

Andrew turned to look at me as if to ask if we were going to stay

"Home" I said

Andrew smiled and grabbed my hand

I soon remembered that I was completely naked and ran behind the nearest tree

I could hear Andrew and Crixus both chuckle

"I'm not going out until you bring me a shirt or something" I called out

I heard them laugh louder

I could hear the snapping of leaves and knew that my mate was walking towards me

"Here" he said, extending his hand to me

In his hand was a white shirt

"I keep them all over the woods, just in case" he said

I thanked him and took the shirt

Once I put it on, I came out from behind a tree and met up with my brother and Crixus

They both had clothes on, smiling at me

"Let's go" Crixus said

I nodded and took his hand in mine as Andrew held his other one

We were going home...for now
