Twin Mates

Chapter 6 Now

(Crixus' POV)

I stretched my arm to the left, expecting to find my mates, fragile body next to mine, but all I felt was emptiness

I turned around to see Andrew, sleeping with a smile on his face

Slowly and quietly, I got up and walked towards the kitchen

'She was probably hungry and wanted something to eat' I told my wolf

I walked into the kitchen, but found nothing

Then, I turned to the living room, but still found nothing

"Are you looking for me?" I heard, Andrea ask from behind me

I turned around and smiled at her

"You had me worried" I said, walking up to her

She took a step back and looked down at the ground

"Sorry, I don't like it when people try to touch me" she said, not looking into my eyes

I was going to lift her head with my finger, but I realized that, that would mean, I was touching her

So I fell down to my knees and looked up at her eyes

Even on my knees, I was as tall as her

I was standing tall at 6'4, while she was barely 5'5, her brother was actually around 5'9 or 5'10

"What are you doing?" she asked, trying to look away from me, but it was as if my eyes were locked with hers

"I'm not going to hurt you, I don't want to hurt you. I don't know who would be so heartless and malicious to try and hurt someone as beautiful as you, but I'm not one of them" I promised her

I wanted so badly to touch her, to let her know that she was safe, but I didn't want to scare her

"I can't be what you want me to be, I-I-I can't give you what you want" she whispered, looking into my blue eyes

"All I want is for you to be happy and feel safe" I told her

"But soon, you'll want....more and I can't give it to you. Andrew can, but I can't." she said, looking into my eyes

"Honey, I don't just want Andrew. I know hoe selfish this is going to sound...but I don't care. I want you too. You're mine...you were made for me and I for you" I told her, looking at her with all the sincerity on my heart

"I'm not good for you. All I'll bring is pain" she told me, her eyes started getting watery

"Only I know what's good for me" I told her "and you are the only person left that can make me truly happy" I brought myself to touch her face

She stiffened, but didn't move away from me

Andrea, pushed her face into my hand, grabbing my hand with her hand and placing a small kiss on the inside

Then, she slowly fell to the ground as well

"Trust me, when I say, that I'm the one person in this world, that will distroy everything for you" she promised, looking into my eyes

I wrapped my long arms around her body and held her

She tried to push me away, feeling uncomfortable, but I wouldn't let her go....not yet

"Fine. I don't care then, destroy everything, take what you want, leave me with nothing, distroy my world, but all I ask, is for you to stay" I begged

She didn't answer me, she just let me hold her in my arms and keep her safe...at least for now

After a while, she really started getting jumpy and I didn't want to make her feel more uncomfortable, so I let her go

She looked so small, when I was standing, looking down at her, curled up into a small ball, beneath me

She looked up at me slowly and I saw something reflect in her eyes

It was a man, but that man wasn't me. It was clear that she hated that man, by the way she started growling after the image was gone from her eyes

The anger soon turned to fear

I reached out and held onto her. I kissed the top of her head and turnrd to walk up the stairs towards the bedroom, where her brother, slept soundly

I passed the dinning room and saw a beautiful table set up for us. She must have made breakfast for her brother and I

I smiled and once again kissed the top of her head

"Sleep now darling. Tomorrow, everything will be better for all of us" I promised her and wrapped my arms around her

I knew otherwise, she would be uncomfortable and want to push me away, but she was to tired for that, so she just let me hold her

The picture of the man, burned inside my brain and I knew, I was going to find him, one way or another

I can't believe summer is almost over and I will be starting school soon

Ugh! I have to wake up at 6:00 in the freaking morning.....it SUCKS!
