~6 WEEKS LATER~

It was currently 3:00am and Calum wasn't having a good time. He was currently in the bathroom praying that he would spontaneously die. He'd been up since 1:00am with an awful feeling in his stomach. It was just constant waves of nausea yet nothing would come up. It was frustrating to say the least. At one in the morning he woke up suddenly feeling very nauseous. He tried to sleep it off, but that clearly didn't work. Then the clock struck two and all he could do was toss and turn trying to find the most comfortable position on the bed, but he never found it. No amount of pillows or kicking Luke could make him comfortable. So when three hit he took the executive decision to bring a pillow and a fluffy blanket to their bathroom and hope for the best. The only thing that made this night worse was the fact that along with the nausea his stomach was cramping too.

"Just fucking kill me already." He groaned.

~8AM~

Let's just say Luke woke up frantically. He was meet with an empty cold spot on the bed and a whimpering Duke. Immediately panic started to set in. What was Duke trying to tell him and where the fuck is Calum? He began to call out Calum's name and to Luke's disappointment there was no response.

It felt his heart breaking, he just wanted to know where the hell Cal was.

Tears started to run down his cheeks. Call him dramatic, but the last thing he ever wanted was for something bad to happen to Calum. Calum gave him a reason to smile everyday and life without him would be unbearable. He decided to run downstairs and check every room he can. To his dismay none of the rooms checked out. There was no one in the living room, kitchen, or office. There was really only one room to check at this point and it was their downstairs bathroom. Low and behold there Cal was curled up in a blanket laying on the floor with a pillow squished between his legs. He looked a bit pale and his hair was soaked in sweat. Luke slowly knelt down and lightly shook Calum awake.

"Baby please get up" Luke whispered quietly, wiping the tears off his face. You could say that he was really overprotective of Calum, but at least he's at home safe and sound.

"Lucas Robert Hemmings do not touch or move me or so help you god I will raise hell on this earth." Calum gritted through his teeth.

It's a known fact that Cal isn't a morning person, but this whole situation just felt very off. For one why was he sleeping on the bathroom floor, two why was he being so snappy, and three he just looked sick all together.

"Cal what's wrong I was about to have a panic attack looking for you. Why weren't you with me upstairs on our bed? You know the bed we sleep together on emphasis on the together. I hate it when you leave and you didn't even warn me I was so scared babe, I thought you left me. Are you feeling alright?" Luke knew he was probably being overbearing, but these questions needed to be answered whether Calum liked it or not.

"I don't know Luke it's not like I spent almost the whole night in the bathroom trying to vomit. I'm really tired and my stomach hurts so much. And once I finally get a wink of sleep you come and wake me up so no I'm not okay. Also don't act like you care because if you cared you would've woken up right when I left and comforted me. You would've been there for me. But you weren't so don't try to act like you care because you don't. So I would really appreciate it if you would leave this fucking bathroom because I feel nauseous again and we both know that you have a weak sto-" and just like that the color faded away from his face. Calum quickly shot up and made his way to the toilet. He had barely eaten anything the night before as everything just turned him off. Actually thinking about it as of last week everything has made him nauseous. Since there's barely anything in his stomach he was just throwing up straight bile. He gagged from the taste in his mouth alone, it was awful. One hand was holding on to the toilet for dear life while the other was clutching his stomach. His whole body was aching and his throat burned he just wanted it to all be over. He would be lying if he said he wasn't crying. He hated crying especially in front of Luke. What a shitty way to start the morning. But sure enough he felt a large hand rubbing his back.
