This story is very much fictional, but I wrote it nonetheless to play with a rather improbably scenario of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin finding out that they were expecting as filming of Crash Landing on You started when they were in Switze...
Carried by the whirling gust of wind outside, rain incessantly drummed the windows of their bedroom, creating a muted symphony of noises as she laid in bed. It was a gloomy Sunday afternoon after they got back from Daegu, having arrived at his Gangnam apartment by lunchtime. The weather had been downcast when they left Daegu and by the time they reached Seoul City proper, the weather had turned for the worse.
After lunch Hyun Bin left for his VAST Entertainment office to attend to some urgent paperwork, not so happy that he had to drive over on a rainy Sunday afternoon, but resigned that he needed to do so since they were out of town the previous day. On his gentle insistence, Son Ye Jin decided get some rest in their bedroom.
Both were very happy with the outcome of their meeting with her parents. Getting their blessing and approval meant the world to her, and it removed a ton of worry in her heart. She loved her parents dearly, and would not have known what to do had the outcome been different. She would have been devastated. Hyun Bin had been most supportive throughout and she couldn't be more thankful.
The soft bed cradled her comfortably as she laid, surrounded by a hoard of fluffy pillows.
Reminiscing the events of the previous day, she couldn't shake off the thought that even her eomma saw how obvious they had been during the The Negotiation press conference and interviews, just as her Cinderella sisters did.
"What did they see? What was obvious? Where did we fail?"
"We were careful...."
She decided that she needed to watch the clip to see for herself. She had viewed it once before, but didn't see anything glaring. Grabbing her phone she ran a search and quickly found the hour-long clip.
Before playing it she realized that in order for her to see what other people noticed, she had to have an open, objective perspective, devoid of all her feelings for him.
Closing her eyes and inhaling deeply, she cleared her mind and heart of him as much as she could.
"My Cinderella sisters and eomma said that how we behaved and how we interacted with each other during the press conference and interviews gave it away. Yes, we were already in a relationship by then, but I thought that I had acted as I usually did with my other leading men at my previous press conferences.... or did I?"
"Sister Oh Yoon Ah also said that we mirrored each other's actions and mannerisms. Was that really the case?"
Curious, she played the clip.
"Aigoo!"

She saw that there were not just one but several instances where it happened. She was shocked.
"Omo... we did mirror each other... how was that possible?"
"What drove those tendencies? Even my appa and eomma, who are deeply in love, do not typically mirror each other's mannerisms to the extent that we did."
