Arnav came back home from an important meeting to find Aarav and Khushi doing their homeworks in living room with lollipops in their mouth. NK-La were cracking jokes sitting with them. Khushi and Aloo smiled up at him in greeting, without taking their strawberry flavored candy out of their mouths. Silly kids! he shook his head as he turned to go upstairs to get fresh. Wait Arnav! Lollipop means sugar, his brain concluded quickly. He immediately went near Khushi and jerked it out of her mouth without any prior warning. It clanked against her teeth rudely and even Aarav was surprised. 

Big fat tears rained out of her eyes as he shouted, "How dare you Khushi! Tumhe mana kiya tha na, meetha mat khana!!!"("How dare you Khushi! Didn't I ask you to not consume sugar!!!")

Khushi jutted her lower lip out and started wailing like a baby as he kept scolding her, stopping Lavanya- NK from interfering in between. Whole family soon gathered in living room asking whats wrong. The pointed stares, he got from family in return were pure horror. Arnav cursed himself as he found that lollipops were sugar-free and work of always troublesome NaLa! 

Shit man! He tried to pick her up to take her to room, kiss her mouth and cajole her there but there was full army glaring at him with murder. Khushi's continuous crying didn't help either. She ll kill him if he smooched her hurt away here in living room. Nani twisted his ear bad for shouting at his pregnant wife and made him apologize to Khushi and scared Aloo both. He was also made to promise to never shout upon them, ever again. Satisfied, both grinned at him in revenge and went back to work. 

Arnav sat down drinking coffee after sometime as duo continued poking fun at his red ear. Arnav drifted into thoughts about his future with three kids when concerned Buaji shook him, "Kya soch rahe ho babua?"("What are you thinking son?")

"Soch raha hun. Teen teen bacche kaise sambhalunga" ("I am wondering, how ll I manage three kids")

"Teen? Twins hai kya? Sasura humko kisi ne bataya kyu nahi"("Three? Are you having twins? Why no one told me?")

"Nahi Buaji. Ek aapki phool si bachi bhi to hai. Kya hungama kar diya do minute mein. Nani se pitwaya alag"("No Buaji. I was talking about your little angel! She gathered a crowd in seconds. Nani roughened me up for her")

"Hmpff! Tum kaam hi aisen karat ho babua!"("Hmpff! Its all due to your reckless actions")

Arnav pulled out Khushi's lollipop gently this time and popped it into his mouth, shrugging his shoulders in 'What' at her gamma-rays glare. Khushi huffed and pulled it back in hers. This continued till lollipop got finished.

Aloo could only sigh at his silly parents. Responsibility of behaving maturely when Aru comes out now lied on his shoulders!

After some days,

Arnav and Khushi were slow-waltzing in their room at demand from madam, enjoying the slow music. Khushi cuddled to him very close, "You have changed so much for me."
